"Larry was attentive but the unit was very dirty when we arrived. Dirty floor, dirty bathroom (I will spare you the details), dusty and stained carpets. We heard animals in the wall the first night so we did not sleep in one of the rooms. I texted Larry in the morning and he came while we were out to look at it and "clean" the bathroom. Unfortunately, when we got back that evening we saw a mouse and felt so uncomfortable that we packed up and drove home. It was a real disappointment."

"Was just looking for a place to get away not too far away from home. This place topped the billing! Everything was ready and plenty of supplies/ dishes and cookware in the kitchen and whole house. We didn't even leave the house. Chilled for two days! Cooked all of our our meals and simply relaxed. A new roof over the porch made for a great place to sit and relax... even as it rained! So convenient to highways, parks, a lake and all!! HUGE bedroom upstairs ad a bath both up and down...

"This place was perfect for our extended family gathering over Thanksgiving weekend. We had 12 adults and 7 kids (ages 1 month - 8 years). We had ample sleeping rooms for all of us, and the large dining area easily accommodated our crew. The living room with three large couches (we swiveled one from the fire place room around to the LR) was also a really nice gathering space. We used the game room lots. The kitchen was well equipped and we prepared and served a large dinner for the holiday. "

"My family and I had a wonderful stay at your cottage. We had my husband, 3 boys, and me plus grandparents. There was plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked. The bathrooms were updated and clean with plenty of towels and washcloths. The beds were comfy and there were lots of pillows and blankets. We loved the back deck and the swim spa. So relaxing with a wonderful view of the lake. Everything was decorated so beautifully and the home was comfortable and perfect for our family. ...

"Every aspect of this stay was amazing - the owners communication, welcome basket, on-site and electronic welcome materials, location, neighborhood and property were all first class. "Arrived to an amazing country living house. The views of the fields, pond and tranquility are outstanding. Perfect location to visist with all my relatives that live in the area. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious. Cute little kitchen. Loved having a washer and dryer to keep up with dirty clothes. "My husband was in an accident right before we were supposed to stay here. I sent a message to the hosts just let them know we wouldn’t be there for our stay and the host was SO kind about it. The host offered us to reschedule our stay. We were so shocked and grateful because we were so excited to stay at this beautiful spot but were way past the cancellation period. "We booked the cottage last minute on our way to the east coast after our previously booked lodging cancelled. The owner was quick to respond and the property worked perfect for our needs. It was a nice place to relax for the evening and get some sleep before we got back on the road. The kennel was also great for the dogs after a long day in the car! We did note there is one panel shorter than the rest right along the dog house structure. We were only there for one night and didn't look around...
