The outdoor space was perfect for winding down after a day of meetings, with options for conversation (fire pit, hot tub) or some solo time (running, walking on roads). It was only about 20 mins from Cornell, which was great for our group."

"This was home base for a Thanksgiving with family. The house is absolutely spotless, with comfortable modern rooms and lots of space to spread out. The house is set back from the road with a secluded backyard with a deck and a fenced in area, you’d never know the grocery store and mall are 5 minutes away, and downtown Ithaca is a short drive. The kitchen was well stocked, and communication with Laurie the owner was excellent. "

"what a great little property within all the comforts. Obv the waterfall is the star, but the little piece of property to relax shouldnt be overlooked.. morning coffee walking from the waterfall view over to the look out over the lake was perfectly relaxing.. The place itself was exactly as described, from the cozy fireplace to the funny little ceilings in the bedroom. Def will be back for a stay next time we take in a show at the State Theater. "
