Cabin close to Natural Bridge State Park with hot tub and internet

There are 2 bedrooms which can accommodate four. Creekside has hardwood floors, satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen, charcoal grill and outdoor firepit for campfire ghost stories. There is a queen bed and a full bed. There is a gas log fireplace for the winter but heat and AC also. Located close to Natural Bridge State Park gives you close access to all the restaurants and the Natural Bridge Sky Lift. There are 3 other cabins close by making this area great for reunion getaways. Allows one pet. Wi-Fi

The property was well represented. It was close to local establishments and attractions. Following contact to the management company, a quick response was made to my only concern and that was apprecaited.

the couch had a lot of stains table was wobbly. Porch had a lot of wet moss. My sister slipped and almost fell. Other than that was a pretty nice stay.

Overall we had a good stay. Cute cabin. The only strange thing was the jacuzzi tub in one of the bedrooms. It’s not really needed since there is a hot tub. The weather was a little cold, so the gas fireplace was very nice. The hot tub was also quite enjoyable after a day of hiking in the cold. Just a few notes… we couldn’t get the shower to work. The coffee maker didn’t work either. It was like the pot or lid didn’t fit. That was a bummer. Good new is, the cabin is super close to Daniel Boone Coffee Shop. We were only there two nights and didn’t call to get either of these things fixed. I’m sure if we had, they would have fixed it. The location was close to almost everything. We were able to get to a lot of hiking spots not that far from the cabin.

Awesome little place
Have nothing bad to say about this little cabin. Will definatly be back in the area and visit with them again. Little place just off the main road and totally secluded. Mins away from everything there is to do in the area! We used it as a home base for days of hiking and kayaking. Management was easy to contact and was ready to help with anything we needed. Had a couple of small bumps with the plumbing that was addressed quickly and professionally! Great people and great location!

The property was perfectly located for our trip to Red River Gorge. It was fairly clean not spotless. Also the septic tank smells were coming up through the kitchen sink until we got the traps full of water. Like the property hadn't been rented recently. Everything worked. Especially the hot tub which was a big thing for me. All in all is was above average and I would probably go back again.

Wonderful little cabin
Was absolutely wonderful cabin... would highly recommend for the weekend or a week... hot tub was filled and ready to go when we got there...restaurants and stores are near by... wonderful location next to natural bridge... The young lady at the office was wonderful helping us getting checked in and showing us where it was located... great job... the cabin was well cleaned, fresh towels and linings, ...we will be back soon...

The cabin was clean and well stocked. It is a tad bit close to a busy road but after and hour or so, I was able to ignore it. The location in terms of proximity to local activities was excellent.

Shower was tiny but it worked. Dishes needed a second washing before using. But all in it kept my girlfriend happy, so that’s a huge win.

Super clean. Helpful staff (cabin nearly behind office) Only negative for us was closeness to highway, can hear traffic. But means easy to get around. Neighborhood close to food. Def close to great hiking!

Quiet little country cabin
Nice, little cabin with hot tub and easy access to Red River Gorge area. Arrival was very smooth and owners were helpful. Had a few issues come up during our stay and owners were quick to respond. It was cold when we were there but cabin stayed very well insulated. Rustic cabin feel that could use a few updates but we definitely enjoyed our time.

Mice Infestation-view of highway not sonic or private
Rodent droppings were all in the cabinets with the dishes. Mice feces on the jacuzzi tub indoor. Mice got into our food, chewed through packages within 8 hours of arrival. Mice ran from the closet with trash can to under the dish washer. I called the office to complain and no one has ever returned my call to this day. Dishwasher was broken had dirty cups and standing stagnant stinky water. You had to put your trash in your car and drive it to the office at the end of the stay. Hot water does not last enough to fill the jacuzzi tub .I found that out after I had to clean it myself from mice droppings. We arrived within hours of 6 inches of snow falling leaving wasn't an option and the mice ruined half our food supply. This was no normal random mouse situation. it is an infestation.

Exactly what we expected & hoped for
My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this cabin very much. All amenities and features were as advertised, clean, and functional. We really enjoyed the privacy and comfort of the hot tub. The staff were good communicators and willing to help when needed. We will stay here again.

This is a cute little cabin in a very beautiful area in the woods. Surrounded by woods and the sound of nature is very peaceful. Perfect for sitting on the porch first thing in the morning, drinking a fresh cup of coffee from the cafe that's right down the road (the coffee offered in the cabin was opened and used). It's the perfect distance from Red River Gorge and the local shops are worth a visit.There are several rules for the cabin that are easy to follow and the staff are helpful and friendly. We did have a few issues as listed below: The gravel driveway is full of potholes and in a low car, you can easily hit the bottom of your car. The hot tub was full of hair, lukewarm and there was a strong septic smell that ruined the night. The water had a strong chlorine smell so it was like a public pool. The porch light didn't work, but the lights in the tub did. I was very excited for the Jacuzzi tub, but I very disappointed. No instructions on how to use it, the water went cold before it filled up and it was in the room with the smaller bed. Definitely a hazard for younger children and an awkward location. The wood surrounding it was pulling away from the tub and looked like it would fall apart. The shower head is low. I'm 5'5 and had to lean down to wash my hair. The beds were very hard, uncomfortable and there is no air flow so bedrooms get hot and stale quickly. A mattress topper and a fan are definitely recommended. We won't be back due to those issues and the price

Great place
Amazing property. Extremely close to all there is to do in Slade. If you feel like staying in there’s plenty to watch on tv. Hot tub is perfect for cold nights. Definitely plan on staying here again.

This cabin was perfect for my family of 4. This is definitely the place we will be staying (if available) every time we visit the Gorge. I read each review before reserving and couldn't be happier with the rental. The floors didn't creak and the beds are comfy. There is wifi for those that "need" it, satellite tv that was well packaged and a hot tub for the evenings after hiking. My littles enjoyed the HUGE bathtub inside. Thank you creekside owners and management!

An amazing stay!
This place was super beautiful and very well kept we enjoyed our time there very much and will most definitely be back! Only bad thing I could say is the fact that we are in the middle of nowhere with no service no WiFi and not a lot of tv channels to pass the time away.

Please no one stay at this property. Especially Creek side. This was the worst experience ever.
This was my first place i stay at with my new girlfriend. By the pictures they put on line it was nice. When we got to the Creek side cabin. There was a ash tray plum full to greet us it the door. So we walked in. Started to look around trying to get familiar with the cabin we was staying in for 2 nights. I noticed the floors where pretty nasty. But thats ok. Went to kitchen look in draws. There where 2 MICE traps under sink. I was like ok. Things got worse that night. Pulled back covers and they was a piece of stale bread in the bed. We was tired. So we looked over that too. Well it gets much more worse the next morning. Go to flush the commode. Its over flows. But it gets better. Went to shower and the shower dont work. So I had enough. I called the office number which I got in contact with a rude lady. Telling me that the shower work. I told her it didn't. She repeated telling me to pull shower head. I told her there nothing to pull. The shower head was broke off. So no shower. I told her about bread she told me it was a mice. Nice you to sleep with the mice there. Thats not all wrong. So no shower means you got to bath. Gross but couldn't stink. I told the office lady which I got pics of all my claims that they was pubic hair in tub. Which she then said we will reclean the room. Why wasn't it clean properly the first time?? Ol thats not all. We tried later getting into the jacuzzi but that was another problem. The hot water would only stay hot to put about 5 gallons of water in it. So couldn't enjoy it because it was to cold water. Then when u let out the water it over flowed the toilet in the bathroom. Tried coming up in kitchen sink. So please read this review. Dont waste your money. They never offered us nothing back. So we had the first worst weekend together because of NATURAL BRIDGE CABIN COMPANY.. SADD

Ok, but not great.
Due to septic tank being full, had to move. Two small cabins were provided, one that the heater could not be used due to a missing knob. There was no stove in the small cabins either. Not the best stay.
