"Nighttime staff was friendly but I constantly felt as if I was unwanted and that my money wasn't good enough, which sucks because their facility and rooms is hands down my favorite, I'd almost consider staying there again just because of how gorgeous the rooms are. "

"The best hotel in the area. The beds are incredible and hitel cleanliness is that of a Disney level 5 star hotel. No pool but has everything you need for a safe comfortable stay. You get what you pay for!"

"From check in to checkout, everything was perfect. Hotel managers were very pleasant. Hotel was very clean. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Hershey. We had zero complaints and the small touches like lotion and body wash and things inbetween made our stay more comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Lots of choices and yummy. Hands down one of the best stays for us!"

"Internet in the room was 100 percent inoperable and the only solution they could come up with was for me to do my work in the lobby. I left as soon as possible I got out and drove for another 4 hours (250 miles) to my final destination in Nashville after already being on the road for 500 miles. Not at all what I wanted or expected to do! The internet inoperability and the lack of real action to correct the problem or work around it for a client is inexcusable."
