"The property is accurately described and the apartment is furnished with everything that is needed for an extended stay. It is an easy walk down the hill to Ellmau from the apartment. The mountain views from the apartment are spectacular. The owner is very easy to communicate with and always responds in a timely fashion. Our stay was for three days and we hope to return again. Highly recommended!"

Bitte beim einchecken weitergeben , dass man für die Müllentsorgung den Schlaf Adel braucht. Konnten den Müll nur vor dem Schuppen entsorgen weißer Schlüssel ja in der Eohnung geblieben ist."

"Unsere Empfangsdame war sehr freundlich und hat uns auch ein paar schöne Tipps als Ausflugsziel gegeben. Leider ist das Zimmer Lisi dermaßen klein und es fehlt an allen Ecken, am meisten ein Balkon! Dreckiges Geschirr und Gläser sowie ein Dreckiges Klo haben wir dann beim „bewohnen“ festgestellt! Auf dem sehr kleinen Esstisch lag ein Klemmbrett mit der Hausordnung usw. auf diesen lagen noch die Salzkörner vom Vorgänger… Am Abend als wir uns ins Bett legten, waren die Zudecken sehr Klamm und...

"Alles was fijn: goede bedden, ruim en heel schoon appartement. Met de auto 900 m naar de skipiste, waar je in alle rust en ruimte kon parkeren. Zelden heb ik ‘s ochtends zo snel op de piste gestaan! Op de boerderij van alles te koop, van broodjes tot ham, eieren en bier. We komen graag nog eens terug!"

"Gut eingerichtetes Apartment mit allem, was man braucht. Durch die zentrale Lage im flachen Tal konnten wir alle Fahrradtouren direkt vom Haus machen. Die Wohnung geht nach hinten raus, wodurch wir kaum Straßenlärm hatten. Allerdings hat man vom großen Balkon auch keine weite Aussicht, sondern schaut auf eine Koniferenwand, die ein paar Meter weg liegt."

"Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub, die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Leider gab es eine Unstimmigkeit mit unserem Reisezeitraum, wer auch immer das verbockt hat, das werden wir wohl nie erfahren. Aber es wurde uns geholfen und wir haben eine Notlösung gefunden. Die Kommunikation war anfangs etwas träge, aber immer freundlich und letztlich zielführend. Danke für die schöne Zeit. Grüßle aus dem Schwobaländle. "

"For UK guests, having to take your own bedding and towels is a negative. Location is not a two-minute walk into town: ten minutes in, nearly twenty back as it’s all up! The bus from town finishes at 5pm. Kitchenette is facilitated - just. A dining table would be nicer than the fixed worktop, especially as there is room. The specification suggests there is a bedroom but it is a studio apt with a separate bathroom. Good sized balcony and large glass doors a definite bonus with a decent view."

"Nice clean apartment with kitchen and bathroom. We had a car which we were able to park right in front. Only a 5-minute walk (I walk fast) to the MPreis supermarket, and a few minutes more to the centre of Söll. Söll is a great choice in itself, but also for exploring the spectacular surrounding area - Scheffau, Ellmau, Going, St. Johann, Kitzbühel, Westendorf, the Wildschönau….."
