"The tiny house is adorable. However, we did not have an iron, something most travelers don't bring. There was shampoo, conditioner and body wash, which was appreciated. The bed was very comfortable. We truly enjoyed the beautiful view. There was not enough coffee and for coffee lovers, it's a must. "

Spilled milk in refrigerator and pancake batter all over interior trash lid. The loft bedding was not clean and neither was the couch bedding. Cleaning service needs to do better. "Yes, the property is small but there is room outside to enjoy the view. One big cavet .. in my opinion, this is a summer property. The floor is concrete and there is no central heading. The owner has a few rugs on the floor and a large space heater. It takes a good hour to heat the space. We left early as we were there in mid-October. The person who cleans it is lovely and very communicative. We would go again only in summer. "

"The view was perfect and the house was the perfect accommodation for this group. The sprawling lawn was a nice bonus for playing games and getting sun. My suggestion would be to get more rugs for the deck as that deck gets way to hot and put in the ladder for use because it’s hard to get in and out of the river. It was nice that the boat had everything we needed in the kitchen. My only concern was how dusty it was. Overall great spot to go with a large group and friends!"

This house looks small and then you walk inside to an amazingly laid out floor plan. 2 main bedrooms, living room, dinning room and full bath, the kitchen has everything you need along with a dishwasher.
