"You could not be more central in Sitia and yet it’s reasonably quiet. The flat is done up to a high standard, all very new and modern. It’s definitely a studio so I’d recommend more for a short stay than an extended stay. The host was very helpful and friendly so am happy to recommend. "

Bien insonorisé, nous n'entendions pas du tout l'animation des restaurants sous notre fenêtre le soir. Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour à Sitia et nous avons pu visiter la magnifique plage de Vai, facilement accessible en voiture. Il y a deux stationnements gratuits à proximité de l'appartement. "Schöne, helle Ferienwohnung mit tollem Blick aufs Meer aus fast allen Zimmern. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist etwas spärlich (3 Messer, 3 Gabeln, 3 kl. Löffel....) Die Lage ist einmalig über einer schönen Bucht. Es handelt sich um einen kleinen Komplex mit mehreren Wohneinheitenf, die tlws. noch nicht fertig sind. Bautätigkeiten fanden während unseres Aufenthalts keine statt. Maria vermietet 2 als Ferienwohnungen. Bei Buchung fragte ich nach dem Unterschied der beiden Wohnungen. Eine ist kleiner...

"We were able to use this lovely hotel as a base to explore Vai Beach and surrounding areas, then Ierapetra the next day. One thing I really like about the hotel is that they let you check in as early as noon, and not leave until noon. The patio facing the water was very nice. Many people were sitting outside enjoying the sound of the waves and the breeze. "

"Beautiful villa in amazing surroundings with fantastic sea views. Very quiet, peaceful, everything you needed was provided, plus the lovely owners were at hand for any issues (there were none) but their gifts of fresh figs and grapes were greatly appreciated. A car is necessary as too far to walk into town, but a 5 min drive. Would definitely return."

"Maria hat uns unkompliziert in den Appartments empfangen, nachdem wir etwa 30 Minuten vor Ankunft angerufen hatten. Als wir sagten, dass wir in unserem Urlaub viel am Strand entspannen wollten, gab Maria uns sehr viele Tipps zu Stränden, die wirklich super schön waren! Sie konnte uns auch sehr viele, leckere Restaurants nennen. Rundum hat sie sich gut um uns gekümmert, Kaffee am Pool angeboten, einen Sonnenschirm geliehen... Die Appartmentanlage war sehr gepflegt mit vielen Blumen und...

"Very disappointing stay. This photos show a pleasant hotel with sea views. What we had was a view of the sea with a very ugly old half built building obscuring the view. The receptionist was surly, abrupt and generally unpleasant. No welcoming smile, I felt like we were a burden. The room was full of mosquitos. The bed was a bit like sleeping on a blanket covered rock and only 2 pillows. Breakfast the first morning... my husband is a diabetic and is not able to eat any of the cakes and...
