"Willie and Dillon (female front desk) from front desk were very helpful. Any time I called, which was needed a couple times, I was always quickly accommodated. I have a severe pine allergy and Dillon was quick to find me an alternative soap. My only issue is that not all fees were made clear and the $30 daily resort fee was a surprise. We're from CA and that's illegal here. "

"My family had an amazing time at the resort. The resort has so many activities to do. Multiple pools, hot tub, mini golf , tennis to name a few. Brock and Camie our wonderful hosts. Very accommodating and responsive. We cannot think of staying anywhere else if we visit Bend. Location is awesome on Cascade Lakes loop. Very serene and beautiful views. Thanks so much for hosting us."

"This is the best experience my husband and I have had in many years. The cabin was spacious and had everything you need from a full kitchen to bath supplies. All linen was bright white with no stains and the furniture was comfortable. Wildlife is all around with bunnies right outside the door..large deck with lots of seating and tables..just a great experience!!!"
