Simpsonville Vacation Packages

We were showing livestock at NAILE at the Kentucky Expo. This hotel was right down the street, so the location was perfect. The room was big and clean. I was very pleased with our room. When we checked in we were told breakfast started at 6:00. We got there at 6:15. Everything was ready except there were no utensils for the eggs or sausage. I asked at the desk and was told breakfast doesn’t start until 6:30. There were other guests who also wanted eggs. Some were scooping it out with plastic spoons. I think it was rude to wait 15 minutes to put out the spoons when the food was ready. The next day we went down for breakfast about the same time. There was a different lady working. When she saw us she went and got the utensils and then told me everything was ready. She had much better customer service skills and knows how to keep the customers happy. I can understand that it doesn’t open until 6:30, but if everything is ready and people are waiting, just set out the spoons!

Classy, old-school elegance

Loved this hotel, so quant and pretty. The rooftop is so nice and the drinks amazing.

The Grady is a beautiful hotel. We had a river view room and the bed was incredible. Best sleep in a long time.
