"This basement apartment is located in a great neighbourhood a short drive away from downtown Kingston and all is has to offer. The apartment is well furnished and is perfect if you are travelling by car. Supermarket and restaurants a short drive away. Highly recommend."

"The location is off a major busy roadway so it is noisy even at night. We were not told thatt here is a steep staircase to reach the upstairs apartment, which is where we stayed. The apartment is a large two bedroom one. It is under renovation. There is no bedside lighting in ether of the two bedrooms. The ad specifies usable washer and dryer however they are not hooked up and therefore unusable. the apartment is extremely cold due to a heating problem in the building. "Kitchen was a bit sparse in terms of prepping food and serving and the blind in one of the bedrooms was broken, making it difficult to sleep with bright light shining through. Interesting space, would have liked more details about the parking arrangements."
