Two lift chairs allow all family members to reach the main level. Views of mountains, forest and river. Large private deck that overlooks the river with a dining set that seats 6 and gas grill. Vaulted ceilings let in lots of light. Granite tile counters in the large fully-equipped kitchen. Hardwood floors, free WiFi, free cable and full-size washer and dryer in unit. Living room has comfortable leather furniture, flatscreen, games and gas fireplace. Dining table seats 8, child's high chair in hall closet. Kitchen bar seats 3. The lower level features a patio with hot tub facing the river, a wet bar, laundry room with full-size washer and dryer and garage entry. Walk right out to the Blue River Trail that runs along the river.

There is a 1 car garage and 2 additional surface parking spots. You can park in front of the garage door, but do not park in front of the neighbor's garage. Additional surface spots are located across from the garage.

Bring your skates and sleds for free ice skating at nearby North Pond Park or sledding at Rainbow or Maryland Creek parks. In the summer enjoy the Summit County Rec Path which runs along the Blue River, fish in North Pond or the river and golf is just seconds away at the Raven Golf Course.
