Girls trip
Stayed at the property for a girls trip. This was a great location within walking distance to dinner every night via the trail right behind the property. Plenty of space and bathrooms. Close to trails and Dillon reservoir for some paddle boarding. We enjoyed our stay.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND
We have stayed in the Silverthorne area for years now for our annual ski trip. And this property, hands down, has been our favorite! Not only is the place spacious and clean, but the location is AMAZING. You are close to everything and it is super easy to get to. We will definitely be trying to stay here again next year!

Nice Stay, needs some fixes
Overall stay was nice, just had a few improvements that can be made to raise quality of stay. 1. Ensure all lights work. The downstairs back patio light would not come on. This is where the hot tub was so it was inconvenient, I raised this issue to property manager but nothing was done. 2. Filthy carpet. Replace stairs and downstairs bedroom with the queen. 3. Fix curtains in downstairs bedrooms. Neither worked right and could only raise half way up. 4. Ensure plumbing is turned on for all faucets. I had to turn the hot water on in the downstairs bc the valve was closed. 5. Sharpen knives. All cutting knives were very dull. 6. Add pictures to make the property more inviting. The walls were white with almost no pictures or decorations. The property had a nice garage and sleds for use for vacationers which was great. Also plenty of room for a family with 9 people and had all the cooking and utensils you would need for a Holiday dinner. Really enjoyed the games provided as well.

Beautiful River Condo by Walking/Biking Trails
This was our second time staying at this wonderful condo on the Blue River, far enough away from town that you feel somewhat away from things, yet close to great restaurants and stores in Silverthorne and Dillon, as well as plentiful hiking trails. Check in and check out is a bit of a pain, as you have to go physically get the keys from an office in downtown Dillon, and then physically return them at check out. But it's worth it; the condo is roomy and comfortable, and the setting can't be beat. Highly recommended!

Perfect location in summit county
The check in and out process was so easy, with the office being 5 minutes from the property. We didn’t have a large crew due to covid but this house could easily sleep 12+ people. If you have a car it’s the best location at a great price. 10 minutes from keystone. 20-25 from abasin and Breckinridge. 30 from vail. Great little town with bars/restaurants/ shops.

Family Getaway
Property was excellent for my family. The location of the property with the walkway and the Blue River running behind the property was fabulous. My two daughters and families got many excellent pictures with the mountain scenery. The unit was as it appeared on the website. The bedrooms were all nice sized and handled my family of 9 adults and 2 small children. The kitchen was WELL stocked and we loved the pots and pans we had to cook with. Loved the heated garage and the room that we had to dry out our ski and snowboard equipment each night. The sleds were also nice, my grandkids got to take a couple of rides on the walking path. Overall we had a great time the weather was great the skiing/snowboarding was great and the property met all of our needs. Only negative comment would be to replace all of the burned out light bulbs...

Amazing home with amazing views!
Our family of 13 stayed here for our trip. The location was close to everything we wanted to do. The home itself was clean when we arrived and was big enough to fit all of us comfortably and had everything we needed. Someone even called us to make sure we settled in well and to ask if we needed anything. We used both the bbq pit and hot tub and both worked well! They had sleds in the garage that we were able to enjoy during our stay and there was a nice trail behind the house that we really enjoyed. We would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to the area.

Awesome week!
This place not only lived up to our expectations, but exceeded them. The pictures we saw on the VRBO site matched our experience. We used this as our home base for a week's worth of activity in Summit County. The 5 spacious bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths provided us with great lodging options for our large family (parents, two boys rooms and two girls rooms). The place was clean when we arrived, with plenty of linens and a kitchen with plenty of plates, silverware, glasses, pans, bowls, and utensils. There is a full sized washer/dryer in a laundry room. There is a two car garage that fit one of our vehicles plus our 5 bikes and other outdoor equipment. We could fit two vehicles in the driveway in front of us, so parking 3 vehicles here was no problem. There are 5 additional surface parking for residents/guests, but those are shared with 7 other units, so I can't speak for how crowded that would be during winter season. I can't say enough good things about the location. It's right on the main strip of Silverthorne, with easy access to the town and shops about a mile away. However, it's also on the north end so it's on the outskirts and the traffic in front of the place wasn't bad. There is a little road noise, but a large privacy fence helps with that. This place backs right up to the Blue River Trail system, so we were able to easily walk into town numerous times for a Starbucks and Chipotle (and more). We could hear the Blue River while enjoying the cool mountain air while sitting on the upper deck or in the hot tub on the lower deck. The kids LOVED the hot tub, but be careful. One of our party got a good bout of altitude sickness after jumping in the hot tub a couple hours after arriving. The fisherman in our family was disappointed to learn the river directly in back is private water, but there is public fishing access on the Blue River just a short walk south. If you're going to fish, be certain to look up the public access points. I found a good map on the Silverthorne city website. Our kids made use of the Silverthorne Recreation Center, which was an easy walk. We have Olympic lifters and crossfit trainers in our family -- they found this place more than adequate for their training. The kids LOVED the rec center pool, slide, and climbing wall. The rec center has a punch card that most families would find useful, but it was cheaper for our family to get a one month family pass for $118 (as of July 2018).
