"The owners are genuine and kind. My family has allergies and often have problems with hotels to the extent that we can’t stay there. "During the day the manager on duty was excellent. He was forced to deal with the homelessness around the property which he did superbly. Unfortunately he was not there for check in or the second evening of my stay and the staff during that period were horrendous, disinterested and impolite.
