"Clean and new two story townhouse located near old downtown. While it has four beds the main living space upstairs seems tight for parties more than three adults or two adults and one or two small children. Parking of large trucks would seem like a challenge but our midsized sedan fit snugly. Great place for two. Certainly close to central Reno in a revitalized older neighborhood,"

"Perfect size house for a family of 8 adults and 4 teens. This is the fifth home we have rented together. The layout was great as the kids rooms were away from the adults. Each couple got a king size bed and only one couple had to share a bathroom. There were two separate tables for eating and playing games and plenty of seating for watching TV. "What a great little property. Very, very clean and such a great modern and cozy feel to it . Our host (hostess) thought of everything. From milk and eggs in the fridge to coffee and snacks in the cubard. ❤️. And super pet friendly if you have one. Easy and convenient to get to all of Reno's Top attractions and beyond.
