"Black rock offered large space, new renovated rooms, many amenities, and on site dining which simply cannot be beat for the price of Park City lodging. The only things I didn't love were not having an ice machine in the room, and I could hear the upstairs neighbors walking around. It would be worth it to pay more and request a higher floor but I would definitely stay again. Their hot tub is large so that two groups can enjoy it."

"I really did enjoy my stay with the Royal Inn. The front desk people are just soooo amazing, respectful, understanding and just loving. Royal Inn may run a tight ship BUT they also are not ruthless. I did a long-term stay and if I ever need to go back to a hotel I would ONLY GO TO Royal Inn. I sure do HIGHLY recommend this place. Plus its cheap even with the $100.00 security deposit...."
