"Overall we did enjoy the stay and was mostly perfect for us. There was some confusion with check in/out process and parking but they were responsive and easy to get ahold of. Our biggest issue is that the general description says 4 bedrooms, 4 queen+ beds. The description does clarify this a little but we ended up bringing and using a blow up mattress because we weren't sure. The 4th bedroom is actually off of the 3rd bedroom. And while the 4th bedroom has a queen bed, the 3rd bedroom does not...

"I booked this place to host my birthday. We had an amazing time. It may be scary to some but it is worth the money. It was equipped with everything we needed. The host, Mr. Loren, was extremely polite, responsive and proactive. The home has a theme that goes along with the castle, which is why I said it could be spooky/dated to some. Bring a humidifier if you are asthmatic. My birthday is around Halloween so it was PERFECT. We really enjoyed the game room. Game room could use more lighting but...

"The house had some quirks, but overall it fit the bill. It’s not in the best part of town, but I always felt safe. There were some electrical issues with some things not working in the kitchen, but the contact was helpful and sent someone to look at it, but it wasn’t a good time for us since we were putting kids to bed, so we just told them we were ok not to fix it until we left. He did also send trash bags when I mentioned there weren’t any. Overall, it met our needs, and we had a nice time!"

"Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! Jeremy, thank you so much for being so helpful and kind during our stay. The accommodations, the staff, and location was great. It was so close to everything. The food and drinks at the restaurant and bar in the hotel was amazing, we visited both places a couple of times during our stay. The happy hour at Arrels is a must! When we come back, we will stay here again. Thank you for a great weekend. -Christy & Joy "
