"The housekeeping was top tier, beds and pillows fantastic. Checkin was easy. Only complaint was the cover on the air/heat unit fell apart into pieces on the floor overnight. But would definitely stay here again."

However, many turn offs, including stained bed sheets, windows looking outside looked disgusting, and broken shampoo caddie that was supposed to be on wall but was on the floor the entire time (with visible sticky tape on the back). Also: the toilet flushed all night randomly. I had to put a towel over sensor. This is a wonderful hotel that needs attention to small matters that count to costumers. "

"My husband and I had a great stay. It’s walkable to the train, has convenient parking on the property and walkable to downtown PA. Very clean and beds are comfortable. I actually want to go and buy the Westin mattress now. "
