Cozy, Clean & Crazily Convenient

If you're looking for a great vacation getaway and prefer the style of a single-story cottage over a high-rise condo, you've found your place! This bright, one bedroom, end-unit is fully equipped, and just 150 yards from the beach.

We have a beautiful, large, heated, salt-water pool and our own private, gated access to world renowned Crescent Beach. Both the pool and the beach access are just a 3 minute walk from the cottage door down the side street.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this condo in a perfect location, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. The condo clean and well-maintained, with furnishings and all the amenities I could ask for. The location was perfect - close to restaurants, shopping, and attractions, making it easy to explore the area without having to travel far. 3 minute walk to beach was the best part! But what really made my stay special was the owner. He was incredibly helpful and easily available whenever I had a question or needed assistance. In fact he reached out before I ever had to. Always wanting to ensure our stay was meeting standards. From providing recommendations for local restaurants to promptly responding to any communication, the owner went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hospitality truly made a difference in my overall experience, and we would not hesitate to stay at this condo again in the future. Overall, I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a clean, well-located place to stay with a helpful and accommodating owner. It was truly a fantastic experience, and we can't return! Great Week at Ebb Tide #1
This lovely cottage is in a perfect location. Siesta Key Crescent Beach and nearby shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. The accommodation was very comfortable, well appointed and had everything we needed. From the start of booking, our arrival and during our stay, the contact with/from our host John was excellent with immediate responses to our queries and local advice and suggestions forthcoming. We seriously hope we can come back again !

Great place to enjoy Siesta Key!
Wonderful place to stay while enjoying all Siesta Key has to offer! Short walk to pool and beach. The bonus of the beach wagon and beach chairs is a great plus! Owner is great at communicating and handled one small problem in a quick manner. The condo is in great shape and very clean.

Perfect location to the best part of the beach! Very nicely decorated well maintained. Everything you need for the beach even beach towels! Owner is very quick to respond to any requests. Salt water pool is a really nice perk. Perfect for our anniversary get away! We will be back.

This condo was close to all sorts of restaurants and right across the street from a drug store and 7-11. The trolley can get you most places in Siesta Key for free and the beach is within walking distance. John is a fantastic owner as he checked in regularly and made getting in the first day, and leaving the last easy.

Very cute place, pool is nice, beach is beautiful. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance or a short drive away. The Trolly is fun and takes you to and from downtown. Host is very responsive and accommodating.

My husband and I just spent 10 days at the Ebb Tide in Siesta Key. The property was as described and the owner was easy to reach & helpful. We enjoyed the convenience of the location and the shuttle option right across the street. It was a busy spot but we hardly noticed the road noise. The pool was a short walk away and very nice. Thank goodness we had access to it since the beach was not swimmable or enjoyable due to the huge red tide surge. We only walked on the beach 3 times because of the irritation that it caused. Even so, we still enjoyed Siesta Key and hope to return when conditions are better!

The perfect fit
This unit was the perfect fit for me and my little guy. Originally booked for 3 but my husband had to stay home for work so me and my 4 month old went on a solo adventure. Loved the space for me and my little one. For a one bedroom the furniture was well thought out and placed where is felt so spacious. Loved all the hooks located EVERYWHERE, bathroom, bedroom and closet. Made it super easy to stay organized while be a solo parent. Loved how close we were to the beach, pool and the shops/food across the way. Best restaurants were the ‘Mango Cafe’ and the ‘Fish Market’ on the other side of 7-Eleven. **make sure if you are wanting to do laundry, it is coin laundry and you’ll need to bring quarters with you. Was hard to find someone in any of the shops to give change.

40th Birthday Celebration
My high school best friend and I travelled down to Siesta Key to celebrate my 40th. John was super communicative and the unit was spotless!! You could smell how clean it was the moment we walked in! The attention to detail was also not overlooked. The unit had a beach wagon along with beach chairs, beach umbrellas, coolers and beach towels! What more could you ask for! Also the unit is right next to many delicious restaurants as well as the trolley stop! Again super convenient!! Would totally rate this a 10/10 and will definitely stay here again the next time I visit!!

Perfect Spot
We had a lovely long weekend at Ebb Tide 1. The location is a quick walk to restaurants, shops, trolley, beach and pool. The unit had everything we needed and more. It’s nice to know we could travel by air and the unit included items we’d rather not pack like beach gear! The communication with John was very helpful and he directed us to a few delicious meals and to see a great local musician right across the street. Our friends who stopped by also thought the unit was adorable and we passed on the information to them. We hope to return to Ebb Tide in the future!
