"Very good value; pleasantly surprised. This is of course a very inexpensive hotel, so adjust your expectations. But it seemed noticeably better than a lot of other truly cheap hotels. Maybe they have good housekeepers and/or good management, but it seemed like they were truly trying to provide a good service. It was clean, fairly quiet, felt safe, bed was comfortable, cable channels were reasonable. I'll stay there again. "

"Very noisy as I had a room facing street and stop light. Stay on opposite side but might not be much better. Friendly staff. "

Bath tub needs safety strips on the bottom part of the tub, so you don't slip and fall getting in and out...Especially for older people, possible safety hazard!! Thanks kindly for all of your help!! "We were in Sierra Vista for our sons graduation from MI school at Ft. Huachuca. Let me tell, when I say this was the best VRBO we've stayed at in our travels throughout the US, I am not kidding. The attention to detail was second to none. Everything labeled, it's as if the host stayed there not knowing where anything was, of how anything operated, and had it all labeled and spelled out. And cleanliness, I have never seen or stayed in one cleaner. I would give it 6 starts if it were an option....

"We came here to warm up from the cold MN winter and ride bicycles. The neighborhood was friendly and the property was comfortable, clean and well kept. The location to the northern bike trail was convenient. City bike trails are not all that bike friendly. If coming down to Sierra Vista again, I would recommend this townhome."
