The shower has not one but two rainfall shower heads. The toiletries smell very high end. There were beautiful chocolates and fruit set out in our room upon arrival. There are 2 toilets. "We had a brief 12 hour stay in Quito. This was perfect as it was close to the airport. ($10 taxi- which was probably high since they saw Gringos). The accommodations had all that we needed. Sizes of the rooms varied. Check in was easy. And breakfast delivered to us was a fun plus!"

"Beautiful colonial home that has been converted into a hotel. Most of the rooms are, generally, upscale and inclusive, but the dormitory-style rooms at the top are an excellent low-cost option! You receive fewer amenities and you share bathroom and shower facilities, but this is a familiar scenario to eco-travelers.
