« IQON ia a beautiful building in and out but the service inside the unit was pathetic. Checking in was hard. we had someone come in and show us our apt with no help/support later. Our floors were not clean, no toiletries in bathroom, no bed sheets, no bath towels and one of the main living room window was not properly closed. With no help we dialed downstairs and security person came up but he could not help. Reached out to hotels.com who finally after 3 hours had someone come in with bath towels...

« This is a very comfortable space with all the amenities. They pretty much thought of all the guests' needs including bottled water, soap, cooking utensils, extra towels, and extra pillows. It offers a great view of central Cuenca with the cupolas of the Cathedral and is only a 10-15 minute walk from the central Cuenca. « Views of the mountains were amazing from every room. Great penthouse rooftop terrace. Very nice and accommodating host. Leo our host was there to greet us on our arrival. He was very informative about the town and had a contact list of people who could help us out with any issues or needs. The only discrepancy was it is listed as 2 bed 2 bath. There is only one bedroom with an additional daybed and sofa with a closable partition and only one bathroom. Overall, it was a great place to stay in...
