House with exceptional location just south of Siena. Stunning views of the Crete Senesi from the rooms and the living room. Large swimming pool 5 x 10 meters. Garden, private parking. Completely renovated in 2018 with modern design furniture. Emotional fireplace, satellite TV, Wifi, 3 double bedrooms each with its own private bathroom and air conditioning. Large dining room with large wall equipped kitchen. Service bathroom on the ground floor.
Large terrace overlooking the garden and the most beautiful hills of Tuscany.

A few meters away is also a bus stop that takes you into the center of Siena, which is only 5 km away. Perfect for visiting Siena and all the jewels of Tuscany like Buonconvento, Montalcino, Asciano, Bagno Vignoni, Pienza, Monticchiello, Montepulciano, San Gimignano, Florence, just to name the main ones. You will not believe your eyes. Every window is a living picture.

The house is located in a small road with access to the Via Cassia, just 5 Km south of Siena. The road is already the beginning of a beautiful walk in the Sienese countryside, as it is not very busy.

A bus stop is located a few meters from the house, on the corner between Via Cassia and the beginning of the road. In a few minutes you will be in the center of Siena.

The house is nice but doesn’t have the Tuscany view that we all dream about it with a lot of tree around it. The driveway is not paved is very rough, if you have a sport car definitely you can’t drive in with out scratches or damage the car. Inside everything is very cheap (look like all IKEA stores) the beds are good and comfortable, the showers very small and i fell In twice special if you are 6.3 F or 193 cm . Is not luxury is just above average. Is not what I expected. Definitely not coming back

Tuscany Villa
The villa was in a convenient location to visit several surrounding towns. It was nice to come back to a big home to relax after walking the towns all day. The restaurant/pizzeria just up the road was a very good recommendation as well. Overall we enjoyed our visit very much.

Ultimate Tuscano Villa and Vacation
We were fortunate enough to experience six wonderful days in paradise in beautiful Siena. The home is exceptional, well-appointed, extremely clean comfortable and very spacious. The bedrooms were very comfortable each with an en-suite modern bath with excellent showers and water pressure. The terrace by the pool has stunning views of the Sienese countryside and amazing views of sunrises and the evening glow of the rising moon. The pool is lighted in the evenings and provides a beautiful ambiance. There is a covered outdoor dining area that can be enjoyed rain or shine adjacent to the well-equipped kitchen and half bath. The kitchen with its high-end appliances also has a separate ice maker. The villa is very secure with a remote-controlled locking gate and parking next to the home. There is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer, ideal for long-term guests. Communication with David is outstanding. He provided excellent instructions to access the villa and even a video with directions to the home. He, along with Ms Ofilia, made the check-in and departure process extremely easy. The location is ideal with restaurants, grocery shopping and Siena a short drive away. There is a local winery (Madonna Bella)) that is a “must see” and one of the highlights of our Siena visit. Do not pass up the opportunity to stay in this wonderful Villa. This piece of paradise comes with our highest recommendation. Thanks, Dan, Shirley and friends

We had a very nice week in this house. There were a couple of annoyances -ants in the house, mainly. But the manager took care of it. The listing says it sleeps 8 but it sleeps 6. It could use little things like a pizza cutter and more plastic drink ware for around the pool. But it has a beautiful view and many updated features.

A very nice villa but the garden could do with some care
The villa itself is great, really modern and nice. 3 good size double bedroom each with an en suite and unlike in some of the earlier reviews it seems they have no installed air con in the living/dining/kitchen rooms which was greatly appreciated as we had a few hot days! The pool and terrace area is also great but the gardens and the grass really need some care. It certainly feels like during the pandemic it has not been used much or overly cared for. The grass needed mowing and was also largely weeds not grass and many of the bushes and plants could do with some trimming and tidying. The driveway also needs some serious weed treatment. I would also say that the instruction/guide book for the villa could do with some additions, there was not much in there beyond details of the fuzebox/gas isolators which is obviously good to know but it could have done with some more information about the local area and general use of the villa (like what to do with our rubbish or how to get into Siena easily by bus or ordering a taxi etc.) Overall we felt this was a good villa but would be made truly excellent with just a few additional touches/attention oh and some BBQ tools, the BBQ is really good but no tools for it could be found.

Fabulous house
Beautiful views and well equipped house. Great to have pizzeria 50 metres away and bus stop to Siena 70 metres. But do remember to buy a ticket from a tobacconist before travel. Contact with David the agent was fabulous and very helpful. Pool is cool in May with no deep end so safe for non swimmers.

Best place to stay for Siena
This was the perfect place to stay for the Siena area. We had 3 couples stay, all had their own air conditioned bedrooms with connected bathrooms. So we all slept really well. We rented cars and did day trips with no problem all around Tuscany. Then came back in the hot afternoon, cooled off in the pool, and went and had dinner at one of the nearby restaurants, either by walk, or drive down the street. We used the kitchen to cook a few times as well, with some quality items from the nearby grocery store. We seemed to have everything we needed. The views are beautiful. The amenities were pretty great, we really enjoyed the ice maker for cocktails and the espresso machine. Igor and David were very helpful with any needs or questions!

Beautiful new house nicely positioned just south of Siena. Everything was as advertised.
The only negative comment would be the meeting point to get the keys. It should be listed at the pizzeria just up the road as the house doesn’t have a civic adress number. Your Vrbo site sent us 8 km away...

Beautiful house in a stunning location
We spent a long weekend with friends at this beautiful house. The location is not only stunning, but so close to many areas to drive, including Siena and Florence. The house has been recently renovated and is of a high standard. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and the kitchen was great for breakfast before going off and sight seeing. If you wanted a chill out easy evening, there is a great pizzeria within walking distance. We will definitely be back when the weather is better to enjoy the swimming pool. Highly recommended.

Das modern eingerichtete Haus entsprach vollkommen den Angaben und Fotos aus der Beschreibung. Im Vorfeld wurden uns viele Infos & Bedienungsanleitungen mit Fotos gemailt. Die kompletten Bedienungsanleitungen für alle Geräte waren parat im Haus. Der Check-in hat super geklappt und auch die wenigen Fragen nach der Ankunft wurden schnell und unkompliziert per WhatsApp geklärt. Die große Terrasse mit dem Pool hat einen herrlichen Blick in die typisch toskanische Hügellandschaft. Das Haus hat eine super Lage für Tagesausflüge nach Siena und die vielen schönen Orte in der Umgebung. Zum Check-out kam jemand dazu, so war auch die Schlüsselübergabe und die Abnahme nach dem Mieten unkompliziert, persönlich und sehr freundlich.

Very nice house, great location
Very nice house in a great location just outside Siena. The pool was great, the house offers all amenities and is very well air conditioned. We had a wonderful two week stay as a family of five with kids age 18-16-10. The location of the house is a very good starting point for sightseeing in Tuscany! The restaurant „La Campaninna“ just a few steps from the house has the best pizza and Italian food!

Dear Bruno@Team, I'd like to take the opportunity to say thank you for being your guest and especially for the possibility to use your oustanding property. My boys and I after a 14 hour ride (6 hour delay due to Brennero A1 traffic) were totally flashed when we arrived at your Villa. The picture at FeWo matched (in- & outside) 100% with the villa we saw when we arrived. I never had a house that well equipped as yours !!!!! On Top to that, the pool is outstanding as well !!!! All sleeping rooms and bath perfect!!! Nothing to complain.... So to come to the point...everything was extra-ordinary !!!! If corona will again influence our travel behavior I assume that your villa will definitely be an option for a second time rental. best regards from Germany ...Moritz @kids !!!

Ottima posizione a 10 minuti in auto dal centro città e supermercati, con servizio autobus sulla strada principale. Ci siamo goduti la piscina ed il dehor con tavolo e la vista a sud est dei colli senesi. Grigliata in giardino top Ottimo impianto aria condizionata in tutti gli ambienti Tutto ok!!

Relaxing stay at very nice Villa
We spent one week in August in the Villa and really enjoyed our stay (kids 6 and 9). Organisation was very professional and easy. The Villa itself is new and spacious and provides everything needed. Air con works super properly and the pool is large. From the terrace and 2 of the bedrooms you can enjoy fantastic sunrises. Siena is close by (10 min by car to the center), a restaurant is within walking distance. We definitely recommend the Villa for a stay in Tuscany.

Perfect accommodatie ! Plaats van de woning was zeer rustig en aangenaam. Bedankt aan Igor die altijd klaarstond voor ons.Leuke verassing dat de koelkast gevuld was met drank en eten bij aankomst. wij komen zeker terug!
