"Love embracing the culture away from the tourist traps. You don't really need a car. You can hire a taxi to get there and take the bus the rest of the time. Buses are reasonable only 3.30 euro from the town into the tourist cities. No need to look for parking in Rhodes or Lindos with the bus system. Bus station is maybe a 5- 8 minute walk. "Gennadi is a perfect greek village with plenty of good restaurants to eat out in; we enjoyed our stay and would go back again. The villa we had was good all round, the pool was a real highlight and we wouldn't be without it. The 100m or so walk along the main road to the village has no footway so didn't feel completely safe when walking along with our 6 year old child. "We have just had a fantastic stay in this Villa. It has everything you would need, plus a car port. The Villa has a lovely deep pool, which was lovely and clean. We Paid for the welcome pack. Which helped us out, as we didn't arrive till 1am. All 3x bedrooms had aircon. The villa is in easy reach of Pefkos and Lindos. 2 min by car. But you can catch the bus. Mitsis Rodos Village Beach Hotel and Spa

"Very good hotel, we had an excellent stay, food was amazing, the buffet is a standard hotel buffet type food but they do change it up each night but the a la carte restuarnts for us were amazing, we had great service and great food. Portion sizes at the greek and italian were huge so we way over ordered, possibly could of done with a little more at the asian and mexican but the dishes we all had were superb. Only grumble on the food is that there isnt much for kids, they didnt do smaller portions of the main meals so seemed like a lot of waste to order a main for a child. However we did sometimes get them a starter instead of a main then went into the buffet restyarnt afterwards if they were wanted somthing else. They were never hungry! The information and opening times of everything could be better, the creperie/ice cream place is advertised on the app to be open from 8.30 but doesnt open til 10, but there are no opening times at each bar/restaurant so unless you look on the app you dont know. And it would be good to have a bar near the splash park with drinks and ice creams but other than that we had an amazing time and will go back. "

"This is one of the best hotels/resorts my wife and I have stayed. The all inclusive package was fantastic. Beach was across the road with bar and restaurant as part of the package. Views were amazing, staff were friendly. Couldn’t ask for much more. I’d recommend to those wanting a nice chilled break where they’re looked after. "

"Absolutely incredible resort. I’d like to say a HUGE thank you to Maria and Georgia on reception who are truly amazing and were so helpful the entire time. The resort is peaceful, great beach location, amazing food choices and I particularly enjoyed the shisha lounge in the evening. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable. I will be certainly be returning 🙂"

Family holiday gluten free

"We are gluten intolerant so the guest relations manager George was absolutely magnificent, sat us down on our first day to go over the food and all the restaurants, even organised gluten free beer to the mini bar in my room. Just stayed for the week but would recommend it to anyone who is celiac as all 3 in our party of 10 people never had 1 reaction. This was our first time trying out an all inclusive hotel since we have been diagnosed and will definitely come back"
