« My bf and I had a great little getaway before the holidays staying in this cottage with some character. We loved it's location to both downtown Mineral Point and to towns nearby to visit House on the Rock and visit Governor Dodge State park for some winter hiking. Overall it was a lovely experience. The hosts were wonderful and very communicative as well. »

« Our stay was great. The cabin is very clean and well kept. The only issues that we had was the grill never came up to heat might need the gas burners cleaned out and the dryer in the basement took about 3 times to get clothes dry. We LOVE coming to this cabin as this is the 2nd time to rent and we our planning to rent again. Thanks for the great stay and letting us use your cabin. »

« Myself and 4 friends were looking for a place for a quiet weekend away and found your property. It was perfect for our plans as it gave us a quiet location, yet it was close to activities if we wanted them. The property itself was clean and in good condition. We did have quite a few of the small ladybugs to contend with but that was not a huge deal to us. The beds were comfortable as were the couches. Having 5 beds worked great for us. Our only real criticism is that the lighting in the kitchen...

« My wife and I, our four kids and four grandkids did a ski weekend and stayed in the Galena Territories. This house was the best! Having a bathroom in each bedroom was a very nice convenience. Everyone enjoyed sitting in the spa outside with snow on the ground.The owners were friendly, easy to connect with and were are super responsive when needed! Already planning an adult golf weekend and will be back in this house if it's available! »

« Beautiful view of Galena; historic home gave us a good feel for living well in the 1850s (except for modern conveniences); easy drive to downtown.We would not recommend this home if you need a walker, wheelchair, or other walking aids; parking in the back alley was a bit of a challenge for our mid-size SUV.Overall, we had a pleasant stay. »

« We had a weekend planned in Galena. My daughter’s bachelorette party. We did a wine tour all day and then arrived back to the house for the evening. Very spacious home and the girls loved the hot tub. Kitchen was perfect for entertaining. Beds were comfy and nice big bathrooms. I would definitely stay here again ! »
