"Enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was available every morning. Hotel was clean. Staff was kind and friendly and very helpful. I stayed four nights. The hotel its self could use some TLC and security gates around the outside of the facility. Only downside I could really complain about is upon check-in is when I was informed the indoor swimming pool was being renovated and i was not informed prior to booking my stay. "

"The place was nice but there were some facility issues and the night time desk staff was not kind or helpful when we inquired about places that might deliver there. The lady who was working in the breakfast area was very kind and helpful. "

"The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The breakfast was good, but the gravy little too salty. The TV was good. The bed was not very comfortable. The exhaust fan in our bathroom did not work; no towel rack. The seating in the room was good and comfortable. The water in Shreveport taste like sand, so every drink using city water tastes bad. "

"This hotel has easy access on and off I -20 and located on a quiet street away from casinos and other all-night/ late night establishments which makes it family-friendly yet it is conveniently located close to many restaurants, fast food and shopping. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Rooms are clean with easy access. The breakfast had a good selection "
