This newly remodeled charming home in the heart of Shreveport will surely put you in a cheery mood. Just a block away from Querbes Park to play 18-holes of golf or an exciting tennis or pickleball match. A 9 foot shuffleboard table awaits you for a fun time inside the house! The beautiful backyard deck and enclosed screen porch make a great space to relax and unwind with family and friends. Perfect for a weekend getaway, business trip, staycation. We can’t wait to share it with you!

When you enter this home, you'll notice the spacious living area with a large sofa, decorative fireplace, and a 65” flat-screen Smart TV where you can enjoy a movie or just spend quality time with the family. The kitchen and dining area is equipped with appliances, plenty of cabinets, and a dining table for 6 people – perfect for dinnertime with family and friends! . A nearby 9 foot shuffleboard table sits conveniently awaiting its next set of challengers for a fun time!

On a nice day, you can head outside to the backyard deck and enjoy the fresh air or gathering. On a rainy day, you can step from the kitchen to the enclosed screened porch for a leisurely read or stay inside to play shuffleboard.

When you're ready to call it a night, 3 bedrooms are available to you including a remote master suite with master bath.

THE ENTIRE COMPOUND — The entire compound features two Separate and Secluded stays: “Brick Charm” and “Patio Charm”.

(1) “Brick Charm”-Entire 3 Bedroom/2bath house.
(2) “Patio Charm”-Entire 1 Bedroom/1 Bath Apartment with deck access/view.

Together the entire compound has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can sleep up to 8 guests comfortably in total! When you have a large party seeking a comfortable stay, you are in for a great treat with what the entire compound can offer. Please feel free to book both units.

THE PARKING — Driveway parking (fits two cars) is reserved for “Brick Charm” Guests. Ample street parking is available for “Patio Charm”.

Nice Rental _ Questionable Area
The house was nice and clean. Simple to find and get in. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet at night. The only negatives concerns I would raise are 1. A street or two over seems like a rough area. Run down. 2. There is a rental in the back yard we were not, aware of . Two guys walked out of the back yard as we were unloaded the car. It was a puzzling until we realized the situation. Other than that everything was fine.

Bathrooms and Gun Shots
The showers were unmanageable - No hot water no pressure and the curtain in one bathroom fell in the middle of the night and took out the bath spout because the tile was crumbling already. Also the last night we were there we heard 4 gun shots. Otherwise the core house was great (decor, furniture and space). BUt the showers were so bad I ended up showering at my mom's assisted living facility.

Home was in a quiet neighborhood, but the location looked a little rundown. Home could use some essentials like extra towels, hangers, tvs in the bedrooms and more appliances/kitchen supplies. House is located central to pretty much everything so that made it convenient. No clear. check out instructions, so I just did what I assumed was standard.

The house worked perfectly for us. It was the perfect size for our group. We needed a house to stay in because we went to the Bulls Bands and Barrels at the Brookshire Grocery Arena and it worked out great. Thank yall for the hospitality and allowing us to use yalls house!
