"Great free hot breakfast and wifi. Front desk staff very helpful and responsive. For a downtown hotel, our room was well insulated and quiet. Only downside is we had to call front desk to request our trash be emptied as it overflowed. But a person came up immediately when we called and took care of it. Cleaning person skipped our room for some reason."
