"We just had a great stay at the Hilton. The hotel building itself is fine; it does need some TLC & refurbishment to really be 5 star but it was clean, comfortable, and functional. Our room was on the 5th floor, and we had a balcony with nice view of the ocean, but when you looked down there was a not so nice view of the AC units and fans on top of the 2nd floor restaurant building area. If you want to avoid that you want to stay on a much higher floor (8 or 9) or on the other side of the building that faces the parking lot. The beach area was awesome. Really nice & clean and not so crowded. The beach to the south of where the pier is is much more crowded, so we really appreciated the space we had on the beach by the Hilton. Note that you need to pay for cabanas and lounge chairs. Not cheap, but we did it anyways to enjoy some shade. Lots of good restaurants and shops on the street right outside the Hilton. Plus a Starbucks located right in the ground floor of the Hilton too. "

"It’s an older hotel, but probably one of the best stays I’ve had at a hotel. The bathroom was clean and the water was HOT. Customer service was excellent. Overall, 9/10. "

"Customer service is A at this property. Staff are very polite and responsive. Great location, steps from the beautiful white sand beach. We had a huge room with balcony ocean-view. Clean room, very comfortable bed. Plenty of restaurants to choose from in walking distance. We felt safe walking late at night. Great pool on the 8th floor. Free laundry was a plus. They supply bottled drinking water. Valet parking was $43 with tax per night. Resort fee was $40 with tax per night. Next time we visit, we won’t need a rental car as everything was walkable. Pricey hotel but you get what you pay for. We enjoyed our stay. We will book this hotel again. Highly recommended. "
