"When I checked in, the clerk/owner (?) told me they no longer accept online reservations from Expedia, so my Expedia reservation was no good. I still got a room. The place is in dire need of a renovation, clean up, new fixtures, and just basic daily care. The air conditioner didn’t have a cover; discovered the next morning the AC leaked onto the carper. Will not stay here again."

"The cabin is spotless and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay - our activities were mostly in French Lick, but it's not a bad drive, although it is VERY dark at night, lol. The weather was still nice enough in October that we were able to sit outside for awhile in the evening and enjoy the river view. We also traveled to Loogootee and enjoyed Stoll's Lakeview restaurant, the home-cooked meal was wonderful. A lighter weight blanket would be nice for the bedroom with the double bed - the quilt...
