"The property is in an excellent location. Walkable to everything we needed. Layout is beautiful and spacious. Sound proofing needs to be done for next door rental and downstairs store. The lovely wooden floors cause noise to carry. Shower was frustratingly poor. Minimal water pressure. Could use a toaster and a laundry basket. I would recommend because all those things can be corrected easily. Porch was a real bonus also."
