"I stayed on this property for three nights and 4 days. The property itself as well as a staff were very excellent. I like that it was fairly quiet and was easy access to shopping and Entertainment. However, one of the amenities that was offered at this hotel was a hot tub. Unfortunately the water temperature was not up to par. I was very disappointed about that. I do recommend this hotel because of how well maintained and beautiful it is. The staff are extremely helpful and nice. "

"We came for a show at the Music Hall and I picked Phillips Hotel. Location was perfect and everything was within walking distance. Staff and valet attendants went above and beyond making us feel welcomed. Will be back!"
