"The hotel is in a convenient location that met our needs. The check-in staff were quick, friendly and helpful. The hotel has an attached restaurant (The Commoner) and dinner and brunch were excellent. Unfortunately, I forgot the name of our Friday night waitress but she was fantastic. She was super friendly and her recommendations were excellent. Drinks couldn't have been better. The parking attendants were fast - getting our car in and out was easy even when the hotel was busy. Kimpton Hotel's are always the best!"

"The hotel staff were wonderful and attentive from check in to check out. It was very busy at check in and the line to valet park at the hotel was long. They offered us to wait or self park. Dinner and breakfast were included with different food options. The room was spacious and very clean. Great location downtown."
