Overall a good stay. The gym is great!! Location is fun. We had an issue with housekeeping not making up our room one day. We called to request a room refresh when we knew we’d be out for a few hours and no one ever showed. When we called to the front desk a few hours later to ask for more towels, as we needed to shower before leaving for the evening, and asked if housekeeping would be coming that day, the staff was condescending and belittling asking if we really needed someone to “come make the bed”. For the price daily housekeeping should be included and not an “inconvenience” for their staff.

The customer service was impeccable. The restaurant food was very good and I loved the free coffee and tea in the morning. We never waited more than 5 minutes for valet service. The pool area was so peaceful!
