Quiet hostel near to the action
Great little hostel, very close to some lovely parts of seville, but also tucked away in a quiet side street so very quiet. Room was basic but functional. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again

Very friendly staff and great location. They took our washing away to be done and gave us fresh towels each day

Great location and friendly helpful staff. However, Arias needs to improve it's furnishings and enforce quiet hours in the air chute. Walls were all-white, with no art on them, and were in need of some trim at ceiling and floor -- heavy peeling at floor. Blankets were hairy, instead of colorful, sound-muffling curtains was an ugly metal sun shade -- on an interior window it makes no sense. On the light well or air chute, there was a long loud talking 12:43-1:30 AM one night. Use a sign. We stayed in many other similar-priced all over Spain, and they can be quite cheery on a small budget and room size. Bathroom was clean except for red spots of waxy splatter. Overall, this was like couch surfing instead of Hostal.

listing said it was a hostel but not really private room and bath with shower nothing was shared in are room. the room was small and basic but it had multiple power outlets and even two USB ports on the TV for charging ones gadgets the average American might be shocked walking into such a small room but we found comfortable and cozy the pillows were great having spent the night before in a upscale hotel we found the bed to be much better and for the staff every time we walked by the front desk they stood to greet us and answers any questions we might of had showing us what we should see and how to get there for the location right where we wanted to be the center of the city but still quiet at night for the price during the April fest was not bad, for the thing i did not like was the safe in room cost money to use it had a coin slot other than that i would recommend this for the well traveled who are looking for a bugdet hotel in great location that looking for nothing fancy

Property has seen better days and could be refreshed but it’s not pretending to be anything other than a fabulously located budget hotel. The location is unbeatable and the staff were lovely and helpful.

Great value
La Casa De La Luna is the cheapest one that I could find in Sevilla. The location itself is in the center of everything. It has everything I needed to be honest. Nothing is 5 star but I slept well and it was very quiet which is good enough for me.

Good news and bad news!
Brilliant location, so close to Alcazar and Sevilla Cathedral! Downside was the overpowering smell of bleach, and when that subsided, the stench of mould. Extremely noisy, you can hear Reception, other guests, every time somebody showers or flushes. Will look for another stay next time.

Well-located and cute hostel
Front desk staff was friendly and super helpful (thank you again!). Room was spacious and clean, and had cute decoration. For me, the bed was the only real issue. Had some back pain the next day; I don't like a firm bed. (Wi-Fi is not in the room, as advertised, but I knew this and managed.) Loved that the room had its own working radiator. The location is extremely convenient. Helpful for budget travelers.

Perfect place, perfect location!!
First off, they could not have chosen a better place to have a hostel!! The location alone is enough to recommend the hotel, but I don't have a single complaint about anything else. The staff were super helpful and friendly, the room we had was clean and spacious (Double bed, main floor). The air conditioning was perfect for the Sevilla heat! So happy with our stay here!

The room was good but would have preferred a small fridge atleast. The location was perfect, a bit hidden but not a problem. Good for 1-2 nights.

Nice Budget Hostel in Perfect Neighborhood
La Casa de la Luna was quite a nice surprise! The location is unbelievable and I can't imagine any hotel would be better. It is in easy walking distance to everything in the old city. It is, of course, a 2 star hostel so don't expect luxury, but if you are a budget traveler looking for something cheap and nice, look no further! The room was small, but adequate, with a private bathroom. The air conditioning system was old and a bit noisy but it got the job done, which is impressive considering the temperature (40C/105F). The walls are a bit thin and noise carries, but this is typical of any hostel. Overall I definitely recommend it and would stay there again if we were visiting Seville.

Nice for those with simple needs
This hotel works well for those with simple needs. It can be likened to a cross between a hostel and motel. You have your own room, but you make your own bed, etc. The amenities are basic, but they do have wi-fi and AC.

Disappointed
Given a room with an air conditioner that did not work. Fellow at front desk did not believe us, told us the hotel was full, room @ 31 degrees! Complained again to a different person who said they would try and fix it. Came back late that night and another fellow was there and he had moved us to another room. Original fellow did apologise profusely but he ruined our day worrying about the room. Sheets were thread bare and shower moldy. Great location and easy to get there by airport bus. Room noisey.

Good location.
Staff were helpful. Location is very good. My only complaint is that it was quite noisy (television and showers from other rooms, street noise from a few streets away even with windows closed).

Simple and quaint with lovely staff !
To reach the hotel, you can take a direct bus from the train station or airport. The bus stop is 6-7 mins. of walk. The hotel itself is located in the beautiful historical center of Seville with Alcazar's garden right next to it. Birds and peacocks chirrups used to greet us in the mornings!! Anyplace else you would want to see should be 5 - 15 mins. of walking. Hotel was charmingly done. Room, cosy and clean. It had air-conditioning. Wi-fi reception was good as well. The beds were slightly small though. Your legs would jut out if you are more than six-feet tall. The staff was welcoming and friendly. He took time and helped us plan our stay nicely. And in case you are in need of it - they also provide cheap laundry service.

In the heart of Seville.
A lovely, small, very old hotel. The management people were excellent and helpful and all spoke some English, especially the gentleman who appeared to be the proprietor. This is a small "mom and pop" hotel in the very center of Seville. The walk to all the major attractions could be measured in steps instead of minutes. The hotel is located in a very small alley/street and his hard to find if you are driving, but is it charming! If driving in, I recommend getting into the centro and hiring a taxi for a few dollars to lead you to the hotel. It will save wear and tear on your brain and soul. Parking is available underground less than half a mile away and the city is outside your doorway! Our room was comfortable, had an excellent, new shower stall and enough space, although it was not large. A great place to give you the feeling that you are living in Spain and not just the average tourist.

Friendly Little Place in the Middle of Everything
My friend and I had a very enjoyable stay at La Casa de la Luna. The location was excellent -- right beside the Alcazar and around the corner from the Cathedral -- and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The only minor downside was the noise in the hallways late at night -- the uncarpeted floors throughout the hotel tended to amplify the sounds of people returning to their rooms. Overall, we both felt it was an excellent value and a place we would recommend to anyone looking for an inexpensive alternative to large, standardized hotels.

Great location for old town, Alcazar & Cathedral
Very basic hotel, but fabulous location. Everything is within walking distance. 6 or 7 euro cab ride from the train station. Very short walk to the Alcazar & the Cathedral. This hotel would have been a bit of a challenge to find. Glad I took a taxi. Located on a narrow pedestrian street as are many.

Hotel is very clean and it is air conditioned! Located right near The Alcazar and public transportation. My only complaint would be that the staff was a bit rude.
