"Check-in was easy and fast. Night clerk great as normal. Got up in the middle of the night and needed ice, forgot room key. It seemed like it bothered the night clerk to make me another copy, which is( so difficult.) Room was clean. Doors are a little loud when they unlock and close. If your a light sleeper be warned. Breakfast was fairly good. Better variety than some but waffle mix has been a little watered down the last couple of stays. Still I recommend for the price range. "

"Was weird expedia booked me two seperate bookings so my keys quit working on day 3. Also asked for towels and didnt get any. Facilities are nice. I didn't realize there were two in Sevierville, so was a good ways from the convention center, but we liked it. "
