- Wifi is slow and spotty at 15mbps and we can't guarantee it will be working.

NOTE: The road is STEEP! You will be going up a one-lane mountain road!

Items Left Behind:
There will be a $50 shipping and handling fee per item for any item left behind that you wish to be returned. We will provide a tracking number within 3 days of receipt of the fee.

All guests must sign a Rental Agreement after booking. You will be sent a link to click and sign.


Red Tape:
- We are readily available via the VRBO app or email Monday-Saturday 9 am-6 pm and will respond quickly during business hours
- Rates are subject to change until management confirms your reservation.
- All guests must be 25+ unless accompanied by a guardian
- Absolutely No Pets or animals of any kind! Pets are not allowed. You will be charged $500 if you bring a pet.
- If you bring more humans than reflected on your reservation you will automatically be charged $100 per human
- Maintenance is not available during your stay unless it's an emergency. If something is broken it's because the previous guest didn't tell us. If you see something, say something.
- No smoking of any kind. $100 fine
- No fires of any kind including candles. $100 fine
- Quiet-time is after 9:30 pm. If you are a night owl this property is not for you
- By confirming your reservation all parties hereby agree to adhere to the attached Rental Agreement
-No late check-out or early check-in. If a guest does not vacate the property by 11AM EST on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50.00 dollars for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
- Fireplace is electric and in service October 1 - April 1
- We do not allow more than 4 people for one night
- If you leave behind some personal belongings, we will do our best to be on the lookout for that item, however there is a $40 charge + shipping fee if you want us to return the items
- Smaller Cell providers such as T-Mobile and MetroPCS are not likely to have service.

*Note: The road is STEEP! We do not offer refunds for inclement weather. Please be prepared!
- The neighbor lives there full time and is a bit messy. He recently suffered from a heart attack and is having trouble keeping up.

Great cabin. Would stay here again.
Stayed here for a week. Everything was as described. Clean. Beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub at night after a long day of hiking. Glad we made the first trip to the cabin in the daylight. Saw a bear on the road by the cabin. Very cool.

Fantastic Mountain Getaway
Fantastic mountain cabin with great amenities as advertised. Beautiful and breathtaking views. Hot tub was wonderfully relaxing and easy to use. Great location, just minutes away from Pigeon Forge attractions. Highly recommend, and would definitely book this property again.

Honeymoon getaway
Me and my wife spent our honeymoon here and had a fantastic time! We loved the beautiful view that the cabin had to offer following the cute friendly set up inside. We definitely made some great memories at this cabin, making it the perfect honeymoon getaway.

I don’t usually do reviews but I feel this one was needed! We come to the area 3-4 times a year and we’ve finally found a cabin we will be returning to! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and got to see wild bears for the first time right outside the front door of this cabin! It is secluded but that’s what we were looking for and the view from the deck was amazing and so worth it! Cabin was clean and well stocked. Also had anything you needed to cook with. Hot tub was nice too. Great experience and we will be returning soon!

3-day weekend stay
Very nice cabin for 5 people. Cabin was very clean and had a nice outdoor space with hot tub. Remote location and very quiet. And they weren’t kidding around about the steep, winding road to get there. Overall a good stay, and would recommend!

That road to the house is no joke! The very first thing I noticed when we walked in was how clean everything was. The little cabin house was great for the kids and the kitchen was supplied with everything needed for the meals we made while there. It was very peaceful and we didn't hear or see the neighbor at all, but we were also gone the majority of each day. The location was great and we honestly had no complaints or issues the whole time we were there. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

We arrived on a Friday evening at 6:30pm, the GPS took us right to the cabin and we had no problems getting there. The road is a little steep but that is mentioned in the listing, I have a Altima Car and had no issues coming or going. I would say this cabin is far enough out of town to get out of the hustle and bustle but so conveniently located to where you can come in and out and it not be an issue with distance. It is about 15 minutes or so outside of pigeon forge. Upon our first arrival I was in awe, this little cabin is so clean and comfortable with beautiful views. The hosts were friendly and presented with 5 star hospitality when I did need to reach out to them. The check out process was quick, and easy. And did I mention how beautifully located this cabin is? Accommodated our party of 4 people comfortably. 5 stars for my family and I!

Perfect Honeymoon Stay
This cabin was everything we needed during our honeymoon! The drive to and from the cabin might have been our favorite part since the gps glitched and kept saying the speed limit was 65! Lol Truly loved everything about the cabin, the pool table was great and the fact that we got two different beds to choose from was amazing too! We will definitely be returning. The only complaint my husband had was the fact that I wouldn’t let him risk his life to go touch the three large black bears that decided to stop. Lol Luke was a great host and answered any questions we had quickly. Overall the stay was a 10/10!

We had a great 4 night stay. The drive up reminded us of the Road to Hana in some spots but we like the adventure. Super close to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge while feeling secluded at the same time! The beds were extremely comfortable. Plenty of games for the kids. The view is to die for! Would definitely stay again!

Perfect getaway!
Owner is serious about the steep driveway! :) we enjoyed the cabin so much. It was our first trip to the Smokeys and it did not disappoint! We enjoyed some downtime playing the arcade and pool table. Beds were comfortable and our almost 8 yr old LOVED her little bed. The cabin had everything we needed. The balcony views were gorgeous. We were a little surprised to see the neighbor so close by, but it was never an issue. The only reason I didnt give a 5 star was the shower floors. I'm sure they were clean, but it didn't look it. Also, while i absolutely understand keeping the AC system locked, I would prefer to have some control there. Overall, a wonderful stay! I hope to come back and enjoy it again sometime soon!

Everything about the property was advertised. We found out there are 2 ways to make it up to the cabin our first night. The direction we took there happened to be a downed tree blocking the road, so we ended up in a hotel the first night, but the owner was more than understanding and refunded our first night. If we are ever back in the area I would definitely book again! Thank you for a wonderful place to stay with a beautiful view!

A beautiful hideaway in the middle of the mountains.

My family and I had the best experience possible staying here! I would definitely return! The home is beautiful and view is worth the drive! My son loved the pac man game system and hot tub! The owner and his family were on a vacation themselves and still responded quickly. They were very considerate, understanding, and generous on many levels. They were very tentative as well! If you’re on the fence about staying here, book it, you won’t be disappointed! 10 out of 10 from us!
