It didn't exist and was closed for that last year... If I have been charged I will be even more unhappy. Ebookers would not let me cancel because I spent 97 minutes in Kafkaesque circle where I couldn't cancel till ebookers discussed my cancilation with the hotel. This never happened because the hotel didn't exist. Fair to say I would not recommend ebookers to anybody.

Good budget hotel close to the beach
Good hotel with friendly staff close to the beach and a short bus ride into Sete. We stayed there during the St Louis Festival and it was nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of the town.

Not so nice
Reception opening hours were changed without notice so reception was closed when I arrived. TV wasn't working. Blackout curtains only covered part of the window. Whole place needs some TLC.

Fairly basic hotel, supposedly with a restaurant which was not open on the night we stayed. No one available on arrival so had to phone number on door to get access. Didn't take breakfast so can't comment.

great location close to beach
we had a very pleasant stay here. hotal staff were helpful. nice swimming pool only complaint is hotel in desparate need of modernisarion. i.e paint pealing in rooms and lift , rust in bathroom. no fridge and no restaurant or bar. so condition inside not great but outside much better and pool is lovely. The place just needs some TLC. . location is great.

INCREDIBLE !!.
I have received the confirmation. but when I arrived to hotel around 1am, it was closed. I called to receptioniere but she said that our booking was not confirmed by the error. INCREDIBLE !!. Next day I tried to call hotel, but he don't want to explain.. You can imagine this situation?

Horrible, old hotel
When we arrived the staff had no idea we had made a booking - they do not have a computer system to record bookings. The room we were placed in had a large stain beside the bed, so we asked to move to another room. This new room smelt damp and we later found out that the shower leaked into the carpet. There was also a large gap in the wall where the building of the bathroom hadn't been completed. All the facilities were old and the hotel is not staffed most hours during the day.

Araignée dans la chambre, lumière dans la salle de bain ne fonctionne pas, interrupteur, robinetterie et volet roulant cassé, humidité dans les murs, bruit de voiture et avion. Je ne recommande pas. Ce n est l hôtel les tritons de sete mais l hôtel fasthotel mauguio à côté de Montpellier où on a été reloger à notre plus grand désespoir.

tt a commencer à l'arrivée ou nous devions prendre la chambre a partir de 15h. le patron n'était pas là et nous avons du attendre presque 1 heure, même si un membre du personnel était adorable en nous offrant des rafraîchissements. Il ne s'est même pas excusé. la chambre était propre mais tt est à refaire...robinetterie, étanchéité des murs, baignoire très sale et vétuste, pas d'endroit pour poser ses affaires, il faut réclamer serviettes et tapis de douche. le 2ème jour nous avons eu la surprise de ne pas avoir de petit déjeuner pour des raisons techniques...de nouveau pas de mot convivial du patron qui était fuyant.. il y avait de nombreux travaux intérieurs et nettoyage extérieur (karcher pendant 3 heures qd on veut se reposer ce n'est pas l'idéal)...seul point positif le parking était gratuit et le matelas confortable même si les deux petits matelas accolés n'étaient pas au même niveau. je leur souhaite néanmoins d'évoluer positivement

Même si l’hôtel est proche de la mer, il n’est Pas entretenu correctement : piscine non nettoyée quotidiennement, des lampes de chevet qui ne fonctionnent pas, lavabo et douche qui s’ecoulent Doucement. Quelques chambres sont climatisées. Ascenseur fonctionne mais semble être en travaux. Je ne parle pas de certaines salles de bain sans porte serviettes Ne pas y prendre son petit déjeuner Ambiance à revoir d’urgence

Personnel sympathique et accueillant. Toutefois, en ce qui concerne les chambres, je pense qu'un petit rafraîchissement ne serait pas du luxe... Peinture, modernisation des salles de bain (baignoire sabot très haute. Pas évident à enjamber pour les enfants et les personnes âgées), Des serviettes seraient les bien venues pour le petit déjeuné par exemple...

Hôtel proche de la plage aux prestations médiocres
Arrivés en début de soirée dans un établissement sans personnel entre 15 h et 8 h le lendemain (contact téléphonique uniquement) pour une seule nuit d'étape. Parking gratuit essentiellement sur l'arrière du bâtiment. Ascenseur opérationnel mais délabré. Sanitaires du RdC en état général et de propreté mauvais. Éclairage du couloir incomplet : nombreuses ampoules HS. Chambre spacieuse avec petit hall d'entrée, wc et salle de bain (baignoire) séparés. Mais très gros problème : Absence dans cette partie de l'hôtel (côté parking) de climatisation ! La fournaise une nuit d'été ! Le site internet de l'hôtel "oublie" de mentionner ce "détail" d'importance. Par contre, il y a le chauffage central dans la chambre (non testé en cette nuit du 29 au 30 juin...). Mobilier de la chambre complet mais un des deux plateaux pour poser ses affaires a été découpé "à l'arrache" pour le radiateur mural. Par contre, rien à redire sur la literie, la propreté du linge et les nécessaires de toilette (un petit savon, un shampooing et un gobelet plastique par personne). En resumé, établissement ancien dont les équipements (climatisation absente) et l'entretien laissent largement à désirer. Nous n'avons pas testé le petit déjeuner (pris au café restaurant à moins de 10 mn à pied). Mais à 51,30 € la nuit en chambre double sans petit déjeuner, à Sète, il paraît peut-être difficile de faire mieux. Si vous optez pour l'hôtel, exigez une chambre climatisée.

Accueil virtuel (téléphonique) Chambre spacieuse au calme mais les murs et plafonds maclés de «cadavres » des moustiques! Salle de bain / toilette propres mais l’état général laisse à désirer. Point très positif: pas cher et un lit très confortable
