"desk staff has no flexibility dealing with credit card payments over the phone, I had phone issues upon reaching Madrid & the desk agent made me come to their office just to complete the payment process, just plain absurd since the office has my credit card info to reserve the unit, the agent could easily have easily processed the payment & give the entry code for the property over the phone, NO need for a subway ride to the office just to be given the entry code, what a hassle!"

"Close to the train station and a ton of restaurants. Not far from top attractions. Staff were friendly and super helpful at the counter and breakfast. Breakfast was delicious. Room was small but clean. We put our suitcases under the bed to free up room. "
