"Location is best thing here. Friendly staff went out of their way help getting us to and from airport. Sort of strange that there is a kettle and cups in room but not coffee or tea. Guess you have to bring your own. You can buy a cup from them for €1.50. "

"This was a last minute reservation and we checked in well past the reception hours. The staff was very helpful in getting us in the room and were available to call 24/7 for help. The room was clean and the hotel is in the perfect location for walking the Belgrade city center. One star off for the blow dryer that was not functional (and we felt bad calling the staff after reception hours) and the heating was confusing. The room was extremely hot with no way to lower the heat or turn it off. Other...

"No hot water! Never saw staff on site until I left on Friday morning. Staff did not understand any english. Immediate area was creepy and industrial. Wifi was acceptable. Strange room / had a metal stair case between 2 small areas. NO HOT WATER!!!!!!!!!!! "
