"This is an EXCELLENT boutique-type property and the room has been tastefully and beautifully furnished and is well-appointed. We were a little disappointed that we were not able to check in at 4 as advertised...the room was not ready until after 4:30. There is also no potable water, which is mentioned in the listing, but we had forgotten. It would have been nice to be reminded about this important fact in the check-in text and email we received, so that we could have at least brought some water...

"Well actually I never got inside the suite. Despite getting multiple confirmations from Orbitz AND VRBO, the owner claimed she had no record of my rental and had another tenant already in. This was during a huge Conference in Tulare, so hotel rooms were non-existent. I was completely screwed"
