It's good for staying overnight without meals.The air conditioner works well.It was disappointing that the remote control of the TV and air conditioner was dirty and that the manufacturers of amenities were not unified."It was a self-check-in, but it was good that the staff dealt with anything I didn't understand right away."Was there a refrigerator?I didn't know how to open it.

No reservation problem
Whether this a problem of hotel.com or the hotel artravel. When one of our member arrived. They said we have no reservation. But received message thru hotel.com platform that the reservation was confirmed and we given instruction how to check in. At first, they tried to move us to another hotel. Then on the first day they gave us a room. but we were separate into 2 rooms. Never met the owner during my whole stay. But my brother in law was able to get in touch thru text. Bed is too hard. Pillow too soft. Room very small, but expected beforehand. Too bad, because of the checkin experience give me a bad impression.

明洞のメイン通りのすぐ近くなので買い物をして荷物を置きに行ったりできらくらい近いです。エレベーターがあるけど乗るのに8段くらい階段があるのでキャリーがちょっと面倒。 滞在時一度もスタッフを見なかった。 チェックイン、アウトはセルフで インの時にメールで色々お知らせ説明されました。 ベッドメイキングがなかったのでタオル交換されてない。(スタッフ言えばしてもらえたかも) シャワーとトイレの仕切りが何もなくてシャワーがとても難しかった。 部屋が小さいのでトイレの音も丸聞こえなので気にしない人となら泊まれます。あとデカいキャリーはベッドを少し移動させないと開かないくらい狭い。部屋の雰囲気だけはシンプルで洒落てた。

〈よかったところ〉 ・明洞の中心にあるためとても便利 荷物が多くなったらホテルに戻って荷物を置くことができた。駅までのアクセスも◎ ・スタッフの対応が早い。そして韓国語が通じなくてもカタコトの英語で頑張って伝えようとしてくれる。 ・インスタ映えしそうな客室 ・共有キッチンがありよかった。 〈よくないところ〉 ・部屋に入った瞬間から暑すぎてサウナかと思った。床暖が暑すぎる。お土産のチョコレートが全部溶けた。日本から持ってきたバウム式の化粧品がほとんど溶けた。スタッフにラインで伝えると自分でボイラーを下げろと。なかなかやり方がわからなかった。 ・部屋に空調設備なし。 ・置いてあるタオルがシミだらけで汚すぎる。使えたものではない。 ・部屋が臭すぎた。バスルームからの匂いがとんでもない。 ・部屋が狭すぎた。 〈総合的に〉 格安旅行に慣れている人なら十分だと思う。化粧台などは全くないため、おしゃれを楽しみたい人や、カップルは考えて予約した方が良い。 とにかく床暖が暑すぎるのはせっかく買った化粧品やお菓子の劣化に一直線なので、そこが一番の難点であった。 アクセスはとにかく良い。
