"The unit is up a spiral staircase (not mentioned and no elevator). The smell when you enter the condo is very strong. The washer used only very hot water, and no laundry soap provided. The wash rags were hanging over a rack (we hope they were clean) had four extremely small and old stained towels. Refrigerator, stove, utensils and window seals were dirty. "We really enjoyed our stay. The house was the perfect size for our 2 families (4 adults and 4 teenagers), especially the kitchen area. Enough bedrooms to split everybody and everybody was comfortable. Location was great, close to Metro store, Jean Coutu and the subway (we love Montreal subway so easy to navigate), and close to, apparently, a very popular Smoked Salmon store (and we tried it). "Very nice house in a wonderful location. It is showing signs of wear that the owner needs to address. Parking – garage is a bonus. Access alley is narrow and it can be very difficult to enter the garage – minivan just fit AC – no central AC. A wall unit is in the upstairs hall and 2nd unit in dining rm window. "Just wanted to say that this place is perfectly located in the heart of Plateau, everything is nearby which is amazing. We rented this place for my brother’s 18th birthday and we needed a big space since we’re a lot in our family. Everyone was surprised with this place, will definitely go back soon for other events! The host is there at your service which is amazing. Honestly 10/10"

"House is well located and furnished. It’s decently clean but the Bath is broken, and shower smells. We forgot leather belts and designer jeans and reached out 3 days after check out and our items were thrown in the garbage. Disappointed by management."

"Clean and plenty of space. Walking distance to a variety of ethnic restaurants and a short drive or subway ride to the city center and port. Fairly easy access to the highway for trips outside the city."

"This was a last minute booking for us as our original host canceled 2 days before arrival. This house has been recently updated and has some great features, but some unfinished areas as well. There was lots of areas that were dusty and items found under couches, therefore not cleaned well. The Host was very helpful with any requests we had and responded in a timely manner. "

"I had the basement apartment, the squeaky floors and the upstairs discussions offered plenty of “entertainment”"

"The property address was incorrect. We ended up staying at a different unit managed by the same host. The unit we stayed in was not as nice as the pictures of the unit we reserved."
