Amazing LAKE KEOWEE lakefront retreat ready to host your entire family!

This 4 bedroom house is furnished with all the comforts of your home and ready to help you relax. This house sleeps 11, has 2 floors and 2 wonderful oversized decks that overlook the lake and are steps away from the water. If you don't have a boat to park at our dock, don't worry, simply relaxing on the deck gazing at the lake view makes you feel like you are on the water. If you want to swim, please do!!! Enjoy the deep, clean water cove as you swim off our dock and splash around in our kayaks and paddle board that are there for your use. After a day full of fun and sun on the lake, wash off in the outside shower and prepare for an evening of laughs, smores and chat with friends and family by the fire.

There are 3 bathrooms in the house, 2 living rooms (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs), an awesome kitchen with granite countertops, laundry, a 2 car garage plus additional parking for 4 more cars. The house is set back in the woods, making this the perfect, private getaway experience.

The minute you walk into the main level of the house you feel the calming effect this house offers. From cooking meals in our spacious kitchen to enjoying your meal on our rustic dining room table, this house will feel like home. When you see the master bedroom you will be excited to slip into the comfortable king mattress overlooking the lake with a private entrance to the deck. Take a shower in the newly remodeled bathroom with large tiled shower in the master bathroom. The great room has a gas fireplace, comfortable sofas and chair facing a 70-inch flat screen TV, so you can catch a game or watch a family movie. This room opens up to the upper deck that will be your families favorite hang out spot. This deck has amazing views of the lake and has comfortable patio furniture for everyone to lounge in. There is a patio dining table that seats 6, gas grill and propane fire place on the deck as well.

The lower level has another great room that is tastefully decorated with a cozy sofa and lounging chairs, that would be great for family board games or just relaxing after a day on the lake. Just off the great room, there is a large bedroom with 2 queen comfortable beds and another queen bedroom overlooking the lake. There is a full bath and last but not least is a fun bedroom with a bunk that sleeps a queen on the bottom and twin on the top. The great room has windows looking over the lake and opens up to the lower deck. Step out on the covered deck and relax on the swing as you gaze at the lake views. So much to enjoy on this deck, lake breeze, a stone path to the dock, fire pit patio ... just step off the deck and you are 12 feet from the water!

This is the perfect place to disconnect and enjoy time with family and friends. This house is 20 minutes from Clemson University, 15 minutes from grocery stores, and a short boat ride or kayak ride to the Lighthouse and Cabana Restaurant. Feel free to park your boat or jet ski on our dock during your stay or rent one and have it delivered... even better! You are also welcome to our kayaks, paddle board and tubes. Life on the lake in definitely better, come see!

Lake Front Retreat
Two sisters and families truly enjoyed the stay here at this lake front house. The house was just as described. It was clean and perfect for our family. The house, the dock, and the lake are really the best. It is a perfect place for a getaway and retreat. We will be back.

Nice Fall Getaway

Wonderful location
This lake house was amazing and we’ll definitely be back. The house was very clean and spacious. It is located on a cove of the lake. We were there during the week and it was extremely quiet which made it very safe for my children to swim. The kayaks and paddle board were a great bonus. The lake is extremely warm and calm. Highly recommend for a family vacation.

Lakeside Holiday Family Time
We enjoyed every minute of our family's December stay at this lovely lakeside home! Nicole was easy to work with (after a small glitch getting the entry code), and the house was very comfortable for all 7 of us (adults). We enjoyed reading on the covered back deck and fire table on cool, rainy mornings and evenings. The family room and open kitchen allowed us to maximize our time together while watching football and cooking dinner. The kitchen was fairly well stocked with all the necessities, although I'd ask about the little things ahead of time (trash bags, dish detergent, etc. There's a Dollar General nearby and Walmart is not too far if needed.) The "kids" enjoyed their downstairs suite, and spirited games of ping pong were had in the garage. Outside, we all enjoyed the firepit, and fishing off the dock, as well as paddle boarding and kayaking. One day, we hiked Yellow Branch Falls nearby -- a beautiful, moderate 3.1-mile out-and-back hike across several streams to the falls. We will definitely go back to this lake house again. December was great, but summers must be even better! :)

Peaceful cove
We had a great stay at Lindsay Landing. The house is large and there was plenty of room for my family . The beds were comfortable and the house was clean . We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and board games . We ate meals on the deck and spent endless hours reading on the deck chairs . The cove was incredibly quiet and we felt like we had the water to ourselves for kayaking , swimming and paddle boarding.

Family Weekend/ Musty Smell in Lower level
Nice house with easy water access. The kitchen was well stocked. The basement that housed 3 of the bedroom had a musty/ damp smell. Especially the bunk room that didn’t have a window. The grill was really dirty when we tried to cook dinner on it. So ended up not using it.

Wonderful stay
This was our second time staying here because we absolutely love it. It’s a great location tucked back in a cove on the lake. It’s very private and quiet where the dock is. They have one paddle board and two kayaks for you to use. The water is incredibly clean for swimming. My children, which range in age from 11 to 18, are all able to swim and kayak. There’s not much boat traffic other than the weekends. There are also some beautiful waterfalls and hikes about 20 to 30 minutes away.

Musty/Humid Basement
We booked this home two separate weekend for the summer. Upon arriving both times and walking to the lower level you can immediately smell the musty basement smell. 3 of the 4 bedrooms are down there so, it was a little concerning. We found a dehumidifier in the closet and ran that the entire time and it helped. We would not book again for this reason. The house is really cute otherwise.

Lake Life for a Weekend
We all really enjoyed the house. Fun time on the lake with the kayaks and paddle board. The water temp was still amazing. The kids enjoyed the s'mores by the fire pit. It was a nice treat from the host. I went for a run along the quiet streets and a nearby neighborhood with nice homes to dream about. We were there for a Clemson game, but wished we could've had more time hanging out at the house.

Framily Lake and Hiking Vacation
The House is located on a quiet cove with a great dock, kayaks and a paddle board. We rented a pontoon boat and had plenty of room to dock it and still swim/kayak from the boathouse dock. Very pleasurable! Besides the Water sports, we also hiked to beautiful Waterfalls in the close N.C. Mountains. TV, kitchen, and furniture was very pleasing and functional. We grilled or dinners every night and used the stove for our breakfasts every morning. All 6 of us Adults (3 couples) had a wonderful stay!

Beautiful view, well appointed house with everything you need!
This property has a beautiful view from the entire house. There is a 2 story deck with plenty of seating and swings. The dock is large and they offer kayaks and paddle boards. The house is amazing for relaxing and has a great set up so 2 families can even share or kids can be downstairs and have their own space while adults are upstairs. The living room is spacious with plenty of seating and again a beautiful view. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and serving meals. They even provided fire wood for the outdoor fire pit which is just beautiful. The mattresses are wonderful and we had an enjoyable stay. The bathrooms are updated and spacious that our girls could get ready together. The home is clean and had everything we needed. This is a fantastic rental.

Happy with our stay
The house was nice, clean, and mostly as advertised. The listing says 3 baths, but it's really 2 full and one half. Otherwise as expected. The driveway is pretty rough and gives a bad first impression. I'm glad I didn't bring the boat to the house, pulling the empty trailer down that driveway was sketchy enough. Once we got past that, everything was great. Overall would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a place on Lake Keowee. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location
This house is in great location not far from Clemson University and convenient to the Sunset Marina where we rented a boat for half a day on the lake. The bedrooms are big. The kitchen is well equipped. We loved sitting on the porch in the morning for coffee and in the evening with a glass of wine. We enjoyed using the water toys that the owners left for us. Everyone in the family tried the Kayak! We even used the fire pit to make smore's. The owner is terrific and answered all my questions prior to our arrival. I would definitely rent this house again!
