"NEVER AGAIN. The Tijili, now trading as the Liberta Suites, was closed down by the court due to bankruptcy, DURING our stay. We left early in the morning for a day of touring and when we got back mid-afternoon, we were told the hotel was closed and we had to pack our things and leave. The woman who confronted us was rude, lacking any empathy and couldn’t have been any less helpful. They completely washed their hands of the issue. How they continued to accept bookings when they’d been declared...

The apartments are luxury suites and every attention to cultural detail is made. The individual plunge pools and the main swimming pool were wonderful. The place is even better than the hotel pictures give it credit for. Strongly recommended "

"The reception allowed us to leave our luggage in the hotel one day before our check in date. I was planning to book a room for our luggage as we didnt want to bring them for glamping but they said that we could leave our luggage in the reception area and they will keep them in the reception room until our check in the next day. We really appreciate this kind gesture. "

"We mostly enjoyed our stay at Jas Boutique Villas while the property could do with some maintenance and repairs we understand why these may have not been carried out due to the Bali still recovering from the pandemic. The staff all seemed to be nice and helpful and the villas are located in a quiet but walkable area plenty of dining options, convenience stores and not far from Bin Tang supermarket.
