"What a nicely renovated home in a great community - tons of neighborhood amenities and a close drive to the beach. The house is newly renovated and was very clean, perfect for our small family of 4 to get away for the weekend. Our kids aged 3 and 6 loved the bunk beds. Nearby to many restaurant options and quiet neighborhood. We look forward to coming back in the summer!"

She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and her warmth and hospitality truly set this stay apart. The house itself was even more impressive than we expected. The photos don’t do it justice—it’s so much more spacious and beautifully maintained in person. We never felt crowded, and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The pool was a standout feature! It was sparkling clean, and we spent hours swimming and in the jacuzzi. Parking wasn't as bad as other reviewers suggest. Overall, this stay exceeded all our expectations. Becky’s kindness and attention to detail made it unforgettable. We can’t recommend this home enough and can’t wait to come back!"

"The rental was not cleaned prior to our check in. It shows it was not cleaned for many weeks, the amount of dust and dirt on the air vents. That's not appropriate for anyone to stay. Prior to check in, I sent multiple emails for ensuring the house would be clean. And even with replys of housekeeping staff being notified, the home was not properly cleaned. Wifi was not functioning upon arrival. After some self Troubleshooting the wifi continued to not function at full speeds, issues with security certificate and logging in. We had to use our own mobile hot spots and mobile networks for work/pleasure. The kitchen was infested with cockroaches, under the sink was filthy. The house is not well maintained and needs clean furniture, clean carpeting, and major dusting and thorough air vent cleaning. It's an injustice to have guests rent this property if it's not maintained. Would not stay here again. The home has potential if well kept. Liked the amenities in the aquatic club and nice views from front yard."

"This Bayside townhome was the cleanest, quietest property we have stayed in Bayside. The beds were very comfortable, the 2 zone AC was very efficient. The views from all levels amazing. We will be back."
