Step into this fully remodeled private home, minutes away from major Monterey attractions! Two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. There is room for two more on the convertible couch in the living room. Enjoy making your own drip coffee in the morning with freshly ground local coffee beans! Don't leave your pets at home, They also get to enjoy living here at no extra charge! Wind down in your own jacuzzi tub outdoors! Dont forget the barbeque! There is plenty of seating outside for cooking up and eating a good meal! If its chilly outside, warm up by the propane fire pit! We are sure you will have a great time here!

Great pet-friendly and small group stay!

This place was a perfect size for 4 adults and a baby. The place was spacious, clean, well stocked and close to downtown Monterey where we spent most of our time. Anisha was very responsive and gave clear instructions for some of the amenities at the house. The only issue we had was turning on the fire pit but ended up having more jacuzzi time instead. This is a great spot if you’re looking to have a weekend in the Monterey area and are traveling with a small group and pets!

They double booked, could not stay there had to drive home late at night

We had been in contact with the host. She actually forgot to send the electronic combo to get in. She forwarded to us after we followed up with her. We spent day in Carmel at car week after dinner arrived at location entered the house and to our horror there were bags unpacked and people clearly staying there. We exited and immediately called the host no answer. Then the people staying there drove up and we determined they had in fact double booked and had arrived earlier in the day. They booked thru another popular app. As they were already moved in we had no choice but to drive home late at night as there were no places available due to car week. Basically had to cancel our plans. Extremely disappointed.

Excellent Place!

This is a perfect place to just get away and relax. Excellent in every way from comfort of bedding to relaxing in the hot tub! I truly enjoyed this particular stay and will use this place exclusively on my future trips to the area if it is available. If you need to have a great place to stay, I suggest this one...and no, I do not know the owner or or them anything other than this great review! Blessings to All! A'ho!

Great space for calm and togetherness

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this Seaside property. The home was even cuter than the online photos suggest. Inside and out, the space is built for light to come in and for bonding with friends and family. The space is very clean, possibly cleaner than my home, and Anisha was very responsive in communications. My family enjoyed the space so much, we spent more time at the house than anticipated and ate in during evenings all but one night. I would stay here again.

Great Little place to stay

It was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked to make food. Owner is very helpful and friendly. Backyard at night with the lights is very pretty. The place was tricky to find but once found it was perfect.

Pros: The host answered questions very fast, cute house vibe inside, big backyard for dogs, & close to Monterey Aquarium. Cons: The neighborhood was not the greatest/safest; the wifi info was not posted- I had to message the host; the hot tub took an entire night to heat up & once it did heat up, I noticed it was not clean!!!! I took a paper towel and wiped around & there was so much dirt and residue left on it! The water clearly had not been drained/changed in a long time and cleaned. I took a picture of it. So beware, if you're thinking about using it, wipe around it and see what you get. Yuck!!; rundown/old backyard furniture and rusted; and it's funny because it says that it charges people a lot of money for leftover dog poop but there were two piles in the backyard bark. Granted the bark is black, so poop is easily hidden but still, it was funny that there were two piles upon arrival. Overall, it was fine for a quick weekend to the aquarium and shopping but we would not stay there again.

Very cool place

The house was very nice! The large outdoor area was perfect and had multiple areas to sit and relax. The only knock would be that the neighborhood was a little noisy but it certainly was manageable. I'd definitely recommend this for a nice getaway.

Cute but Flawed - Mixed Feelings About Value

The property, conveniently located for exploring Seaside, Carmel-by-the-Sea, and the Monterey area, offered the most reasonable pricing we could find, which initially drew us in. The house itself is charming with a spacious backyard, making a good first impression. However, our stay was marred by a few issues. We were greeted by leftover dog poop in the backyard upon arrival—a less than ideal start. The bathroom sinks are unusually small, which made even simple tasks like washing hands messy and inconvenient. We also experienced a random power outage during our stay. While the power did eventually come back on its own, and the host was communicative, it was an inconvenience nonetheless. Additionally, the location, while central, comes with its downsides. The street is fairly noisy with fast-moving traffic that was disruptive to our sleep in both bedrooms. Overall, while the house is generally sufficient for a vacation stay, the value for money was disappointing. Given the cost, one might expect more from the accommodations or consider opting for a hotel, potentially even a luxury one, for a comparable price. Based on our experience, I wouldn’t book this property again as it didn’t meet our expectations for comfort and value.

Great stay with family and dogs

This house is perfect for a family stay in the Monterey area. We loved having a fenced in area for the dogs to be let out. The house is comfortable, the beds were great, the communication was prompt and friendly. They had bowls and bed, etc for the dogs, it was a nice touch. The neighborhood itself wasn’t the best for dog walking, not much grass/yards there and my husband was followed by an unattended loose pit bull the first time he walked them. So we drove to a nearby park or the area around the city hall which had a lot of grass and parking. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect for me and my adult son: 2 bedrooms each with its own tv, comfortable beds . Plenty of seating for visitors and a great yard for my dog. Our host was very accommodating. I would give her a 10 out of five! We all had a great time!!

Perfect family beach bungalow getaway!

This place was PERFECT!! This cute litter home had everything we could imagine needing and then some. I love that they had heaters in every room. Such a thoughtful touch! I can’t name a single thing that this place DIDN’T have that we wish it did. The location was great! We were just minutes away from everything which was your convenient! We forgot something super important that we needed during the trip and we were able to run up to target to grab it! We had great co tact with the host who was more than kind to check in on us to ensure we were cozy and happy there. I cannot recommend this place enough and we can’t wait to come back!

We had a great stay. It was well stocked, had very comfortable beds and large awesome TV's in the bedrooms. We also enjoyed the hot tub. It was perfect, clean and heated at 104°. Large backyard for lounging.

Pleasant house in Seaside

We had such a lovely time at the house. It's located in Seaside, a short 15 minutes drive to Monterey. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of dishes for our family. The jacuzzi was the best feature of the house and the big dining table was where we spent the most time playing games and cards. The only downside that I can think of is the small size of the bathroom sinks. Other than that, the house was perfect for our family. Thank you!
