"The studio condo we reserved had a last minute appliance issue so the owner upgraded us to a one bedroom and even accommodated an early check in. Everything worked out fine. The condo is next to village and to get to the lifts it’s a quick walk through the village and you’re there. Very clean unit with excellent water pressure and hot water. Plan to come back soon. "

"As the saying goes: location, location, location. Our family of 4 stayed here over a long weekend for the proximity to Mount Snow (just 7 miles away) and the proximity to downtown to you walk everywhere. Out the front door (not an exaggeration) were several restaurants and bars as well as the MOOver Bus! Property itself had a comfy living room and the bunk beds & games were a hit with the kids. We’ll be back!"

"We had a mixed experience during our stay at Leah's property. On the positive side, Leah was an incredibly friendly and communicative host. She was quick to respond to any questions, and the location was absolutely fantastic—very convenient and close to everything.However, upon arrival, we noticed the unit wasn’t as clean as we expected. "This home is located perfectly very near all the shops and restaurants in Manchester. The unit is very quiet and there are no shared walls with others. The unit is extremely clean and well stocked with amenities like shampoo and body wash as well as kitchen supplies such as tea, coffee and condiments. Would definitely book again if in the area."

"Hi-- my son and I were in town for a concert at MASS MOCA. I was having trouble getting into the app on my phone so couldn't pull up the entry code and an unexpected snowstorm sprang up when we were 1-1/2 hours away. Our host was very helpful and gave me instructions over the phone and left the lights on for us so we could find the house. She was wonderful and so was the property. 5 minutes by car to the museum and downtown. Highly recommended!"

After a friendly visit to the upstairs neighbors, and a cordial chat, it was a great evening. If the upstairs came with padded carpet this place would be a home run."

"We did enjoy our stay and liked the accommodations. The pics do not entirely do it justice. 1) The living room is larger than the pics suggested. 2) The kitchen pic does not show the bar area which is very nice. and 3) There is no pic of the second bedroom which is also nice.The hostess was helpful in assisting us when we locked ourselves out and was pleasant and co-operative."

Cozy New England Inn

"This was my first stay at the Williams Inn and I found it the coziest hotel I've stayed at! The furnishings are lovely and the lobby area very inviting (especially in the winter when the fire is always going). There's also - unfortunately, I didn't discover this until the end of my stay - a little nook area off to the side with books, games, and complimentary fruit water. The rooms were lovely and clean. The bathroom and shower were mostly clean except for some black spots near the bottom of one part of the shower wall and floor. The air unit for the most part actually kept the room temperature well controlled (which seems to be rare these days). In all, our little group enjoyed our stay and would definitely like another visit."
