It was a bit closer to the owners home than we expected (this was the reason for the couple of 4 stars) but they did a great job of making it as private as possible. « We were in town for an admitted student tour and appointments with advisors. We wanted to be in the "heart of downtown" and the location of this cottage was perfect. It was an easy few block walk to shops, restaurants, and the university. We also loved that it had a monitored/dedicated parking lot behind the unit so we never had to worry about parking.
