Enjoyed our stay very much. My only issue is the security group isn’t very pleasant. They are very harsh. And the armband issue is a bit much especially when the rest of the family had armbands on and one may have forgotten in the room. We felt like constant harping and getting on to you. We had to make last minute changes to our travel plans due to a hurricane, and I'm so glad we founds this place! Great location and amenities. We were able to walk to lots of things in & around Rosemary Beach. The shopping center across the street had lot of conveniences like coffee, restaurants, ice cream, a market and much more (including live music at night). The unit was well-equipped and couldn't beat the beach access. We also really enjoyed having a restaurant on site - we had several meals and happy hours there! It was our first time to this area and we would definitely come back! Communication with the owner was great - he provided a lot of info ahead of our arrival, and was helpful to work with on our last minute plans. ##### Becky A. I have lost count of the number of times we have enjoyed this property and having Dwight as a host. The location is prime and we love High Pointe. The host is fantastic and always responsive. I stayed here with four of my girlfriends and we were blown away by the cleanliness of the property and the beautiful decor throughout the condo. The rooms were spacious and comfortable which we loved! The sectional in the living room was amazing for our movie night and beyond comfy. The location was even better than we expected and it was so nice to have so much within walking distance. We also loved being on the first floor and so close to the pool! The beach front access was also only a few steps further and the beach attendants were very accommodating! We were sad to leave & can’t wait to come back! ##### Danae K. Our family of 6 loves the size and convenience of the ground floor condo. We used the bikes, chairs and umbrella that are included in the rental. The kitchen is well stocked and starter paper and cleaning goods were provided. Beds and linens are comfortable and towels are thick and fluffy. Our 8 year old grandchild loved the lazy river pool. His parents enjoyed the convenience of Crabby Steve’s. You could easily unpack your car and never get back in it until time to leave for home. Even the security folks at this complex are pleasant!
