Here's your chance to experience the unique beauty of this remarkable waterfront, gated community with stunning sunsets and daily views of Bohicket Marina. Walk on the boardwalk right outside the back door to the Salty Dog or Fisher's restaurants and the ice cream shop! This picturesque 2nd floor condo features 3 bedrooms with 3 full en suite baths. Just steps from the boardwalk that will take you to waterfront shopping and dining - once you check in you may never want to leave. Bohicket Marina Village also has its own private, neighborhood pool for your enjoyment on hot summer nights. Salty Dog hosts live music several days a week.

This end unit allows for a fantastic screened porch that is sure to be the highlight of your stay. Dine outside with your favorite food and beverage or just grab a seat and watch for the dolphins to swim by. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a Keurig coffee maker. A dining area with seating for six is adjacent to the kitchen and looks out to the water beyond.

There is a full size washer/dryer in a kitchen closet area for your convenience.

The dining room and living room areas are open to each other. Sliding doors lead to a fantastic open outdoor deck with plenty of seating and a propane grill for your favorite BBQ recipes. The natural beauty stretches before you as far as the eye can see with iconic views of the best of the South Carolina low country.

The spacious master bedroom is on the first floor with king bed, ceiling fan and en suite bath. The vanity area is separate from the tub/shower room.
Two guest bedrooms are on the second floor both with incredible water front views of the marina and all it's splendor. The first guest room offers a queen bed with en suite bath and the second room has 2 queen beds with en suite bath.

This is a dog friendly property for up to (1) dog! Dogs must be on a leash at all times when outside. A separate Pet Agreement must be signed and there is a non-refundable Pet Fee applied.
No LSVs allowed
Parking permit is to be displayed in vehicle windshield and no more than 2 parking passes allowed.

* Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes

*1st Gate pass is $65 and each additional pass is $45/ vehicle (*includes a new fee Bohicket Marina Village is charging at $20 per rental to access the gate at the condo complex beginning Jan. 1, 2025). If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.

THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.

Amenity cards giving you access to the Seabrook Island Club are not available with this villa. Passes to the Lake House facilities allow access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage.

PLEASE NOTE: This property is approximately .8 mile from the Seabrook Island gate house. Take advantage of the access to Seabrook Island and explore the 3.5 miles of pristine beaches. You will also have access to the Seabrook Island Lake House with fitness center, library, and indoor/outdoor pools. Additional fees apply. Grab a bike and ride along the path into Freshfields Village or just stay put and savor the coastal life from this picture perfect condo.

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

Perfect Location

Property was not as clean as other VRBO locations we’ve experienced. Property manager was great in handling the few issues we encountered. I would definitely consider returning.

What a beautiful property! The house was very clean. Love that all of the amenities are so close by. You are steps away from shopping, boating, swimming pools, the ocean, tennis courts, horseback riding, amazing dining, and so much more! We would definitely visit again!

Great landing spot for our golf trip

Awesome space for our crew of four for an annual Kiawah golf trip. Clean, spacious, and steps away to several restaurants on the marina. Property managers were quick to respond with any questions we had. Highly recommend for families or groups!

Unique getaway

This charming villa is perfectly located steps from the marina and restaurants. We were able to bike to the pool and had only a short drive to the beach. It is convenient to other shopping as well. The villa was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. It was spacious and easily accommodated our family of 6 adults and dog.

Spacious with lovely marina views

We loved this property and would rent it again. It is relatively spacious, the kitchen was well appointed, and the furnishings comfortable. The bathrooms could use an update, but, oh, that view!! Very beautiful.

We enjoyed this wonderfully located villa on the marsh/river at Bohicket Marina the week of Thanksgiving. Steps away from the Marina shops and restaurants and a lovely stroll down the boardwalk made this location good. Bikes enhanced our trip with rides to Freshfields Market and all around Seabrook. Despite a few days of rain and overcast we had a fantastic time and were delighted by the few spectacular sunsets from our deck! The only drawback is the numerous amount of steps to get to this two story villa. Otherwise it was a perfectly decorated and well cared for comfortable abode with great eating/gathering spaces. The beds were the most comfortable we’ve ever had in a vacation rental Too! We would definitely revisit. Thank you for sharing your lovely villa with us!

well decorated, nice location

beautifully decorated home. Great location right on marina. well equipped kitchen except can opener needs replacing. HOWEVER, the AC was not working upstairs ,where the majority of bedrooms are located. my children had to sleep downstairs on couches. we tried to deal with heat upstairs but a few terible nights sleep made the trip not too fun. They couldnt fix the AC. we were brought a stinky blow up mattress to use. Not optimal situation. They didnt offer to move us at all. My husband had to move mattress downstairs in order for us to aleep. ultimately we were offered some finnacial reimbusement.

We used to stay in Bohicket Marina for years for family vacations. Coastal Getaways gave us the opportunity to go back after 27 years. Everything was just like we remembered and we had a tremendous time showing our kids where we used to stay when we were their age.

Fabulous Property for a Family!!!

Super Clean and the VIEWS!!! We used the unscreened porch in the morning to watch the dolphins come in while we had breakfast, and we used the screened porch in the evening to watch amazing sunsets and keep the mosquitos away! It was perfection! 4 Bathrooms for a large family are a real treat after a day of beaching. Bedrooms are very spacious and decor is Coastal Lovely!
