"This is a remote place that I planned to go to, in order to escape the city. On Saturday the guests were mostly parents with young children. The Lodge Center was like a pediatric clinic at all times of day and evening. I was seated at dinner there, paying at $40- 60 price point menu, in a darker hall way next to an area where 2- 3 infants were crawling around,one at the table next to ours unattended. The Sunday night stay was much better, no kids and less dogs. "

"House was extremely well equipped, hot tub was in excellent working order. Great views from the patio and very close to coastal hiking trails. Saw lots of wildlife (deer, turkeys, gray fox) and marine life (whales and sea lions), and really enjoyed the deer and turkeys in our front yard every morning. The only negative was window screens that were non-existent or in need of repair, overall it was a great experience and would recommend."

"This was a lovely house just a short walk from the bluffs, and with views of the ocean from the living room and the small upper deck (which would be great for whales, in season). The house was cozy and we stayed in and cooked almost every night. The kitchen is amazing -- a beautiful Viking gas stove and huge hood that allowed for high heat cooking and feasts. We would definitely stay there again!"
